Somebody was saying JW on holiday, so perhaps a stand in. Maybe that's why he's doing it now, keeping away from that snake

The profit share will be negotiated with each Game Developer. For what it's worth the Peterhouse note was forecasting that Bidstack would retain about 45%.

To be fair I would prefer JD to stay away from JW. Should have disassociated himself from JW ages ago

McFly - agree on the agency and DSP. But surely the content provider will take most - otherwise why would they allow advertising?

Someone needs to ask JD some pertinent questions

I have tucked away about 50000, for an initial 2-5 year hold, seems under valued will long term opportunities to enhance shareholder value. Also I have been accumulating (TWD) which listed recently, another interesting play imo

I think Draper did that job for you LTHs v. well yesterday.

It seems as far as he's concerned you are just grist for the mill.

Always odd to see posts that vilify 'rampers' whilst scaring people into selling

I would expect the majority of the £10m gross ad spend to be booked as revenue by Bidstack..The Ad agency and DSP will take a cut but I expect the majority will remain after that cut, and it will be this which is booked as revenue by Bidstack..I believe Bidstack book this amount as revenue and then show the game developers profit share as Cost of Sales.

BTB 18843 - Have a look at BOKU.
Payment solution provider (as opposed to BIDS - advertiser solution provider)

From BOKU interims 10Sep19
Revenues increased 39% to $23.5 million
Total Payment Volume ("TPV") grew 47% reaching $2.3 billion

So company revenue is c 0.1% of payment volume

In BIDS world £10M advertising revenue at 0.1% will provide company revenue of £10K per annum!

Maybe BIDS can charge more than 0.1% but it is the principle here that is important. Can anyone tell me I am missing something fundamental?

Yes I have wondered where they would get shares myself, but I suspected there were a few nonetheless.

The price hasn't been manipulated in general I don't think - more like sellers and buyers trading on sentiment as the ups and downs of this young company come through.

chris,

Where are the shorters borrowing all the shares they are shorting? AFAI can see there are no institutional investors here, though I wouldn't put it past Draper to rent out his shares for a fee.

some "wise" shorters will hold out until some time in the afternoon so they can buy back in to cover their short when the price may have dipped a bit from this morning's rise.

I hope the share keeps rocketing through until 3.30pm then they panic and buy in higher than ever and drive the price still higher lol

Really interesting statement by Melody 're actual value to BIDS I hope it isn't like Google clicks and it is! Worth £1/200k!!

TBH I can't see that being the case as otherwise would not be worth an RNS???

I think this share has momentum and we could be in excess of15/16 in no time!!! Time will tell. 2020 could be a great year here!!!!
