Just looking in here.The £10M p.a. is "up to", but still it's a big number.Does anyone know the likely gross margin %age for BIDS? They haven't really made any revenue to be able to tell yet. If it's say 90% like many tech firms then today's announcement is big news indeed. On the other hand if it's say 20-30% then today's announcement will probably only cover part of G&A...Any info appreciated...

By the way if you don’t believe him or business model then move on, main thing is to understand the business model before you invest, we know now it’s good, hence new broker and big name advisors.

No placing, trust the guy, more news to come now, the negative bit is out if the way now is time to see Bids move forward into another level, this company is going to be massive. I think one point he said it could be valued at about 4B, let’s see I am in for long term. Three into one year.

Good post liz. Still holding all mine feel sorry for those that sold yesterday morning. This co is still at the forefront of a New and exciting opportunity to put global brands in front of an audience that was previously unobtainable. That along is worth a fortune.

Absolutely NO-ONE knows if there will be a placement, or even a need for one, except Bids! Why is it that as soon as news is released THE UNKOWING start shouting 'placement!!!!'? One day they may be correct but I very much doubt it will be to 'keep the lights on'.

Although I got rather irate about the silent period, I do believe that JD is an honourable man, this is his baby....he is the founder.. since 2015 and I am pretty sure that he would not want to go down in AIM history as a liar and a ruiner of men!(or women!)

And the sell of a miniscule amount of his shares, although badly timed considering the last 48 hours, should be seen for what it is, a little bit of payback for 4 years hard slog!

I am a Bidster and will remain so until I am proved wrong!

Looking forward to the YE balance sheet, just to know where we are.

This is worth waiting for just to see the well known games that are expected in q1 and q2. Secure some more quality games then these guys will succeed. Forget the noise. .Anzu seem to be kicking along nicely too. Whilst they are the obvious competitor it does provide validation for their news ad. Category

Bids had GBP 6mil in the bank 30.06. . Assume some revenue generated albeit not significant and assume still coming in now. .Might be ok for cash for time being

As Aiden says sometimes placings can be a positive thing. I'm fed up with the people who missed out on this share and seem to know nothing about the business or its potential attempting to make judgements for us.

Nobody knows whether there is going to be a placing, if we always held off with that fear we would never buy any shares on AIM as that is always the danger. On the other hand with what they said in the trading update there could also be another contract announced. You take your chances and keep your fingers crossed. I do not confess to be a BIDS expert but I can read and this mornings news against a mc of 18m was hugely positive

If you read the RNS it says it's says "gross media expenditure up to GBP10,000,000 per annum for the next two years", which means any amount from zero up.
