This will be a big contract, which will make others look up and listen, this is a huge breakthrough whatever the de-rampers say. Good for Bids, terrible timing!

good morning all....and I mean all...

was somewhat nervous to open the thread this morning given the types of posts yesterday but hey, surpises and complaints will continue.

Maybe the shock yesterday encouraged the signing of the agreement, maybe the fact of it starting in 2020 not a month ago lead to the news yesterday, again there is a communication problem that needs urgent review, but the work going on is good.

we need to look at that 10m gross expenditure and take it apart, i.e. what part/whole of that is coming to BIDS...and as others note 'up to'. still that should make holders much happier.

those of us who noted yesterday that it was about missing end of year revenue becasue of delays in getting a contract agreement rather than a problem with the business model have been vindicated.Impossible to have been sure, but hey, here we are...

enjoy

Weathered yesterday's storm and holding for next year. Always believed it would come good, hats of to Sherlock on his 20m deal. What a hire.Let's see if another is announced... barring the miss yesterday's RNS looks better in this mornings light. The Company continues to progress significant agreements and commitments with a number of global advertising agencies.Bidstack has also been working closely with some of the world's largest names in computer game development and publishing. Access to a number of well-known games is expected in Q1 and Q2 2020.In addition the Company is achieving considerable progress in making the Bidstack platform available in cloud gaming services.

I think TW and co will rightly pick holes in it. Up to £10 million says nothing! I could earn up to £10 million myself next year but in reality it will be a fraction of that! If the agreement was for a contracted minimum of £10 million that would be something to get excited about!

Its not £10m revenue to BIDS is it....that's the clients advertising spend (gross media expenditure is the phrase used) . BIDS will earn a percentage of the spend or a fixed fee surely?

All the investors that bailed yesterday had lost faith so a good reason to sell. All those investors that held or bought as they believed in the tech and sector good luck to them.

Its all about revenue growth at the moment, profit is meaningless.

£10million revenue is fantastic news!

Feel sorry for all those who bailed out yesterday and lost thousands. Absolutely no reason to have released that RNS yesterday. This smells dirty.

I guess the shorters will say ‘up to’ could equate to £26k but I think that’s simply a get out of jail card if it fell through.

Let’s be honest, this RNS means someone wants to buy a load of inventory and it’s a game changing amount.

Well done Bidlievers - JD delivered us a decent Christmas after all. Don’t be hard on yourself if you gave up... yesterday was a very dark day but here is our new dawn.

It sounds very positive, but treat with care. You can't treat that as £10M pa in the bank. £1 pa complies with that statement. It was likely to bounce today anyway, this may help.
