No position here - but clearly after a campaign of paid for stock promotion in VOX et al then quickly a stock collapse on profit warning followed by a fresh contract within 24 hours this is dodgy asAny genuine shareholders who sold at a loss yesterday on a profit warning as they prudently might should be rather miffed

You cant guarantee what exactly a add agency will spend,but you dont quote a £10million figure unless its around that!

If they like what they see, it could be more!

10m is the max they could spend but there is no lower limit. In such agreement the amount spent is not guaranteed and could be low depending on the confidence of the advertiser

What does upto 10 mean??
