The mere mention of Ironsource certainly upsets more posters than mentioning Anzu.Haven't heard the gang say anything about Anzu for a long time.I get the feeling TSI might make the first move but not fussed either way as both will be massive

Come on, we can comprehend your scenario but it’s difficult to fathom the linkages that you are amalgamating and spewing onto the BB.

Here is a summary of your argument:

“I think we will be taken over and I’m suspicious that the price drop is orchestrated. China, isreal and Russia are all hot on data and there are lots of reasons to suggest they’d want the tech. It’s not unthinkable that they are attempting to buy us at a cheap price and paying people to do push their agenda”.

Done, sorted, no need to post unrelated links day in day out because at the end of the day... the concept is founded upon speculation and it’s at that point which we’ve already made our mind up on your claims and it goes as follows:

“yes not unreasonable but difficult to prove and what can we do about it if so?”.

The only thing that we can do about it as PIs is sell to ensure we aren’t caught up in some corporate share shuffle or avoid the shares... so is that what you’d like us to do? Because the more you bang on about it... the more fear you spread among people interested in the opportunity and the more likely you’ll fulfil your own prophesy.

Time for me to chip in. I am invested here. Have been from day one as I came by default from Fitbug then Kin. I have a big position, my biggest. I haven’t sold a single share, just added. ( although in hindsight some trading would have been wise but I am not a trader and hindsight is a wonderful thing.) I’ve seen and felt the emotional and financial pain of what happens when a better funded competitor comes along and does it bigger and better. It ends in total loss. Our Chairman knows too - he was there. He is here too but this time he is in place to make damn sure history doesn’t repeat itself. He has his own money invested to keep him focused on that. JD was relaxed about the numbers because they don’t matter. He knew what was coming. There will be no profit warning. The bizarre Director sells were to whoever is building a stake here under the radar. Bids have done some amazing big name deals but they realised this is a monster too big for them to fully unleash and control on their own without some much bigger help. They needed to drop it down a gear or two and accelerate away fast to stay ahead and win this race. A relatively small sell was a small sacrifice for the bigger picture. The clues were in the toast tweet - using words like reflective mood and leaving a legacy ? JD and FP will still be here in full force, it’s in their blood and it’s their baby but big help is coming in through the back door. Our Xmas present is that announcement. The share price has been engineered down to give existing shareholders a perceived premium. This is all in my humble opinion of course but let’s see. Those shares weren’t sold to buy Christmas presents

Bear in mind Girdz, that I also invested during the Crowdcube days but that was only a tiny fraction of my investment made after IPO, so may not be the case that he has sold out if he's scenario is the same.
