NO Hazl! It's not Christmas getting to me, I love Christmas! The silence from a company that I am very heavily invested in is getting to me!
As I previously said:
Most companies worth their salt have a mission statement that includes being the best for customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders! not sure about the other stakeholders but as a share holder I am feeling pretty short-changed!!

In fact the wording was 'winter break' which could easily extend into early next year.

Maybe revenues aren't on target but big plans expected for Q1 of 2020.

Who knows.

Count stop being so punchy. No where has JD said news before Xmas. All was said was aim to give shareholders a happy festive season. .Let's chill. Can't change the situation. Am sure JD has been berated by shareholders on various channels. Note some one has made a comment on the nibbling white toast ramblings. That was likes by 75 odd people and shared a few times so imagine the comments have been seen by quite a few. .Probably not the best idea to write in public when a DM would have done the job

Well count, when the news arrives let's see who the fools are! Fingers crossed it's not us!!! Plus if there is not, how many of us will be sitting at the Christmas table worried about our pensions, Isa's etc!

Count, CEO'S say a lot of things that don't materialise. Any news release may well turn out to be out of JD'S hands at this point. Nothing is set in stone.

my comment was directed towards Aidey, some good snippets agreed, but on the whole banging on repeatedly about conspiracies is getting weary..

we should all have become ever more aware that the unscrupulous in society ( and politics) don't care if something is true or not and that if they keep repeating, louder and louder their fantasies will become an accepted truth....

apologies for the rant but the mind fk is a wider problem not just here...

I am not banking on news before Christmas now. However am trying to stay positive by thinking if they know revenues are going to be missed, in light of the falling sp, they would have to consider a leak and issue an RNS. Am thinking at the latest we will get a trading update mid January, frustrating as we expected much more over the Christmas period but only a few weeks to wait. Of course any and every scenario is possible and I am sure in the absence of real news we are all driving ourselves insane running them all through our brains. Personally my last 2 years investing have been very poor so am now firmly focused on 2020. Good luck to everyone.
