28/9/2019 18:48 | Angel, you're guessing to promote your own agenda. If you have no inside info how can you say there's about 300k to go? Just for the record I don't think you do have inside info, I do think you're guessing, I do think you're trying to create fear, I don't think there's 300k to go, but if there is at least they'll get a better price on Monday! | throwingmuses
28/9/2019 18:37 | Hi throwing - The word manipulation may be the wrong word but in my opinion they were large in size executions and thus can be reported when the final trade has been completed..... An example would be you give your broker an order to sell 400,000 shares.... Your instructions are to work them on a VWAP basis (volume weighted average price) at 20% of volume with a limit of 24p...... The Brokers job is to follow your instructions and at the end of the agreed trading period would look to book out the execution.... (likely close of the market on the Wednesday and then re-load the order on the Thursday morning) Te results achieved by the broker could be as follows:- - Sold on the Wednesday - 359,000 (around 19% of the days volume at an average price of 25.25p - Trade reported under the Warehousing rules for sales at 11.15am on the Thursday morning We get to see a print that looks out of wack with the bid offer spread at the time the trade was actually finally reported so it may look like manipulation.... Again, no inside information here just an understanding of how institutional sized orders are traded..... I hope that does not sound condescending. It certainly is not meant too. | angel333
28/9/2019 18:31 | Yeah they could be 100% | aidenabettin
28/9/2019 18:22 | Angel, one of those huge trades looked a buy all ends up, and would've required the execution time manipulated or some other manipulation to be a sell. Not saying it wasn't, just saying how it looks for those of us without inside information. Looked suspiciously like shorts closing if you ask me. Also, about the million for sale, this is either lies or something you shouldn't be sharing here, I know which one I believe. Surely an ex mm wouldn't be getting inside info from a current mm, then sharing it on a BB? Could they be that stupid? | throwingmuses
28/9/2019 17:55 | Lucky Man Stoaty. I'm over near Spalding, infinitely prefer Rutland area but business dictates I stay here for now. I got married at Whitwell so a few fond memories of the area for me! | dibbs

28/9/2019 16:35 | Mrs Robinson, I was led to believe that there was a sell order of 1mn shares - commenced Wednesday and only two significant prints to date - One around 350k shares and then the 400k plus so around 300k to finish.... Broker can hold sell orders overnight and book out as one sizeable print (called a warehoused trade) We shall see on monday but agree not a huge overhang on the price given the RNS Friday evening. | angel333
28/9/2019 14:34 | If so many think BIDS is a great buy then what is TSI?.And the bb only has me on it :).When you have a company connected to certain countries it buys them(company) a fair amount of protection.#Parasite | aidenabettin
28/9/2019 14:14 | Where did John Taylor go?.Some say he was sacked and some dont want to mention him.Now on the board of the social commerce equivalent of BIDS.The company is being run by Russia/China and Israel. hTTps://russiabusine | aidenabettin

28/9/2019 11:29 | Just as Bids will land more major DSPs, there will likely be more strategic partnerships with ad agencies. JD said that we want to work with Dentsu, Publicis, Omnicom, WPP and brands direct. Bidstack want to remain neutral and not be tied like Anzu are to WPP. Play to win! | stevoc1964
28/9/2019 11:13 | Uncanny, that guardian poem works really well for the Bidstack bb with 3-4 tweaks... “The way things are Isn’t the way they have to be. But knowing what to challenge And how to change it Isn’t always clear. That’s why an independent In-game Ad agency has never mattered more. When we are free to follow any lead And question any authority. We can confront the status quo, Uncover vital alternatives And bring clarity to the gaming world’s most complex issues. We can help our customers advertise to the world So together, we can become rich, Hope is Power And with your support, you’ll always find it at Bidstack.” | moneygenxyz
28/9/2019 11:06 | Anzu get the Israeli Microsoft China guy nobody heard of for their board, we get Microsoft ad spend via Dentsu. I'll take that not a bad deal JD lol | lukehold |
