Money, I agree in hindsight that the forecasts look aggressive given the standing start.

That said, it seems to me that the forecasts are gross revenues and not net of rebates/share so £5mn plus would seem achievable for me, as in effect we are talking closer to £1.25mn to Bids (looking at 25% share)

The key has always been for me:-
- the stability of the tech - and we haven't heard anything that suggests a negative
- the ability to sign publishers - and they are behind for whatever reason but SI and Codemasters are big names
- How quickly the brands see the value in advertising in game - and still early in this process but looking positive

All about 2020 and maybe even 2021 for me..... so I will trade out and back in as I can....

£6m this year, £20m next year... personally I think PIs are very optimistic if they are pinning Bidstack at that level of hockey stick growth. I think the potential is there but in reality there will be hurdles and possibly longer time frames.

Bidstack was selling equity at that point with no real underlying business model to help forecast. This year will show real growth rates and the reality of the hockey stick.

I will not be happy with £300k Moneygen - That would be a disaster esp in view of £317k for the last two months of 2018.

Revenue has to top £1m imo and hitting forecast would be a better sign, but we will know very soon.

The real issue is clearly spend. Headcount must be through 50 maybe even 60 by now which is a crazy number for a firm that forecast 27 staff at year end......

The figs tomorrow not the central issue IMO.
I'll be looking for contracts with the right partners.

Noise moving the share price not the central issue.
I bought at 8/9/11 & 15p with a two/three year view.

Hi 2Prsimo,
Sure they are chalk & cheese.
But I fear you have missed my point, that it Us PI's who are settling our sights so high.
Re Opti unde-performing, yeah they have but this hasn't been helped either by all the predictions like 'news tomorrow', 'this is gonna be £1 by Christmas' etc.

It's the turn in the general market that's doing it.

Caution everywhere...understandable.

Nothing Bidstac specific in my opinion.

I do think BIDS has set some expectations though John so can we be blamed for getting excited?

In future I’d prefer less hints from JD I think.

I’m here LT too but I do expect something in the next 2 working days due to JD’s posts. If nothing happens then that’ll be his credibility slightly tarnished imo.

But in JD I trust so have no worries on that front.

In terms of results - i’d Be happy with anything over £300k... I discount projections by 90% due to my experience with startups.

OPTI v BIDS - chalk and cheese - OPTI have had plenty of time to grow and secure a better revenue-stream. They have under-performed imo.

I'm a little concerned when I hear all the projections of positive results that folks are expecting here, just before the results are due.

Several shares I own are forward looking, innovative companies, have had exactly the same style of posts, then got hammered when the RNS drops.
In each case, the companies Hadn't said anything about what They were expecting before hand, but when the results didn't match the PI's expectations, they both went south.
Before everyone jumps up and shouts 'alternative agenda', far from it.
BIDS is my third largest holding, and I really do think that the future could be very bright in a few years, which is why I'm here LT.
I'm just sharing my experiences of people continually suggesting that 'news tomorrow', 'news imminently', 'results are gonna beat expectations'
Just my two PENNETH as a note of caution.

BTW I hope that you are all proved right. My beloved Optibiotix is one of the examples of what I'm on about.

miketurnermk I think you have hit the nail firmly on the head. The more information they give about SALES at this stage with few customers the more that future customers will know about their pricing etc. This is a fact, I wish people would stop wingeing just because the shares have had profit-taking. I am 100% happy with this investment. Monday I am sure we will find out why the shares have been trading in such a tight range !!!

Utter nonsense fudge, if people are stupid enough to let others persuade them that they are invested in BIDS for their H1 2019 results then I am sure they have sold out already, along with those clever enough to realise that they we're invested alongside people stupid enough to believe it. Once the irrelevant H1 results have been released alongside an insight into what's in store for H2 and beyond, they will all buy back in again and the price will climb back towards ATH pretty quickly.

Looking at the prints - Lots of buying (mostly small) at the 23.95 to 24p level and yet they are still offered at 24p.......
That seller of yesterday may be back?
