Those that aren't in are the ones complaining perhaps

I think he was rewarding those that had been brave enough to stay in.

Don't think BIDS have got this right. I'd have released the HY today - not on the last possible day - and put out the Dentsu release at same time or on Monday. But will make no difference in the longer term.

....The video gaming industry is exploding in scale and the passionate and deeply immersed video gaming communities are now accessible to DAN's clients. It's a sign of great progress that the advertising community are now figuring out how to maximise the opportunity for brands in the video gaming world.

Enough said!

Good point Luke, stadia only in H2 as well.

You can't bin the target that Draper has quoted about. Reputation matters. Anyway, lets see how it all pans out

Original broker note!!!.Original broker has been binned as they cannot cope with the beast that is BIDS. .So much has changed since then. Might as well forget it was even written and just concentrate on what the forward statement is and what the new broker says when they produce their new note

Also given to the delay to GRID numbers will be lower than first thought. But what a surprise that game has been, looks incredible, huge ad spots, the nemesis feature and also available on google stadia. This is going to be massive revenue generation on its own. The only racing game on stadia.

Lets be clear, the original broker note stated £5.9m turnover for 2019 with £1.75m in H1. Recently we were told that they expect more of a second half split which means less for H1 and more for H2. This points imo to about £1.5m for H1 give or take, which I believe would be a fair market expectation. Draper has also made it clear on his podcasts that he expects the overall number to be in line (the £5.9m). The H1 figure is nowhere near as important as the outlook for the whole year particularly given that they have only recently gone live with the DSP's. Because of this, of course H2 is far more important. Shareholders know this, shorters want to obfuscate.

Just rereading JD’s post from earlier this week - went completely under the radar.

“We now enter a period where the technical and commercial challenges for this new ad format are now being overcome, as Advertising Agency Holding Groups fully grasp and engage with programmatically buying 'within-game' advertising - and believe me, the human-hours put into this, from commercial and technical standpoints have been significant.”

So a lovely aperitif with FM contract extension

Lovely main course with the ad agency on board.

Anyone got room for the dessert on Monday?

Stoaty, what’s on the dessert menu at Hambleton hall? Out of interest are you based north, east, south or west of that lovely Hall?

So that was the link to CARAT that kept popping up across LinkedIn and Twitter.A few brands you have heard of soon to be appearing across FM20, Grid, Dirt and Cricket Captain.GM, Kellogg's, ABinbev, Burberry, P&G, microsoft, Lidl, Amex, e-on, Phillips£300m inventory exclusively locked in yesterday and the demand provided today. The last piece in the jigsaw still yet to drop. This provides absolute clarity for me that Q3 wasn't about games it's building the SDK, the unreal engine plugin, signing the DSPs and now the demand partnership. Q4 is all about the games going to be a good run up to Xmas. Sort of hoping for meh results on Monday so I can go all in here.

My experience is companies tend to bury bad news with some titbit of "good news". JD reads these boards and I'm sure if Monday's news was going to be bad then this RNS would have been released sometime on Monday or Tuesday to mitigate any adverse reaction. They didn't need to release this today after hours at all. I'm cautiously optimistic :-)

Been concentrating on my other shares .Great news, some people will never be happy still nitpick . One needs to look at what the company has achieved in a short space of time. I am not interested in numbers ,it has put everything in place from a strong team to fantastic tie ups. I am looking to the next set of results .
