24/8/2019 07:32 | Ah okay fair enough that seems logical. In which case I can see it going either way. Would prefer your route ofc if it equates to a greater lock-in. | ![]() moneygenxyz
23/8/2019 23:00 | That is where we differ on the plug-in offering, my opinion is that’s an offering for lower end games that have small user numbers, say 100k sales, certainly not a million plus. Those who achieve higher sales will be able to negotiate a contract directly, subject to user numbers etc, that will offer a much higher rate of return from that advertising income, in return for a signed 3 year contract. It’s basic business imo, little like selling cardboard boxes, you can get them small quantity fairly cheap direct from eBay, however for larger orders you can approach that seller direct and negotiate a contract for higher volumes but subject to a contract, this protects both sides, supply and demand. It is fairly standard practice throughout most businesses, higher volume stuff gets better rates, or competition from suppliers (in this case advertisers who wish to target specific audiences such as Fortnite) that in turn means there is much more benefit for all concerned by getting a contract to satisfy everyone’s need. Hope that makes sense, still firmly believe this is for mass adoption, whilst bigger players will need to negotiate and enter into contracts else they will lose substantially from an economic POV. All opinions of course, we await news to clarify. | ![]() thesaint5
23/8/2019 22:30 | TheSaints, my view is the same - although if Fortnite wanted to use the plug-in they can, if a better offer came up via an alternative plug-in - why not use it? I doubt we’ll get exclusivity with Fortnite and Rocket League now so service and offering will need to be competitive on the unreal engine - That was my point. I think a mixture is key as you point out. It certainly offers the best of both worlds. In other news, MediaMonks responded to Simon Goslings testimonial on LinkedIn... pretty impressive Tbf! Firmly on their radar. “We don’t normally share testimonials, but when we do it’s because Bidstack Group PLC’s CMO Simon Gosling has just written the kindest words ever about us. 🙏 We’re humbled. (Kidding: we’re f’ing proud.) 😊” | ![]() moneygenxyz
23/8/2019 20:55 | Moneygenxyz Your post 7644. I don’t believe they have solely gone down the route of plug-in’s, it is in addition to rolling 3 year contracts they will sign with bigger publishers. It makes sense that those smaller publishers are on a smaller % in terms of revenue split and those publishers with greater exposure and say a higher quality user base will be able to command higher rates and greater % of income generated. In my opinion it just opens flood gates for all publishers, whilst the bigger ones will have dedicated account handlers, programmatic adverts with the addition of advertising they negotiate direct with big players such as Samsung, MG Motors etc. We will all know exactly, or better at least, how this is penned to work within the next few short weeks. Good weekend all. | ![]() thesaint5

23/8/2019 18:25 | Thinking ahead, does anyone understand the ins and outs of Dual listing? I.e. effect on LSE share price, how the two listings relate to each other, etc. | scottman72
23/8/2019 18:20 | I think that this share will clearly have its ups and downs like any share and in that vein, I pointed out the danger lurking between Trump and China earlier, angel. I was merely pointing out that you often point out the bad news at the best of times. It is fairly obvious we are going to have a very mixed week next week I'm sure. | ![]() hazl
23/8/2019 18:18 | I personally don’t mind the good the bad and the ugly. Keeps me on my toes and helps me understand. Angel, any idea how long the selling will continue based on the run rate? | ![]() moneygenxyz
23/8/2019 17:52 | I picked out the sell, as I know who had the order and it is an ongoing sell...... Let's stop biting at each other and let's not get too precious Hazl if someone delivers a snippet that you consider negative. It is not negative, just a fact.... In life nothing goes up in a straight line. Maybe, Hazl, you can start a petition to ban anybody and everyone that says anything you construe to be detrimental. Have a great weekend all. | angel333

23/8/2019 17:36 | Last print of the day and the day's biggest execution..... Time / date Volume Price Value 17:06 - 23/08 115000 32.25p £37,087.50 It was a sell order worked over the day I gather and probably VWAP 10% of volume... The sellers are still out there it would seem, but cannot be there forever. | angel333

23/8/2019 14:40 | Ladbrooks bet in play advert. Betting companies naturally have big marketing budgets. Will continue uploading these as and when I spot them. If people would prefer big drops towards the end of the day let me know. They will be ads from the last day or two that I spot on YouTube or on my Soccer Manager game. | ![]() moneygenxyz
23/8/2019 13:54 | Given that it has gone in the direction of a plug-in, I’d suggest it’s all to play for on epic vs competition. The ‘exclusivity | ![]() moneygenxyz
23/8/2019 13:50 | well the spread ( that us punters can see) is only 0.5p even with the drop off. and the pull backs can hardly be considered a short attack...just a few people selling for their profit. and I don't think I should be used as any indicator for anything especially in relation to investing. Roley, glad you came out with a positive result from the event whomever they may be. | ![]() global nomad
23/8/2019 13:32 | to be fair this might also have something to do with it. ' Gold prices move to daily highs as China plans to slap new tariffs on U.S. imports. December gold last up $2.00 at $1,510.5' | ![]() hazl
23/8/2019 13:31 | After a spike always comes the short attack.Bidstack have too much going for them and only shorting with institutional backing can be successfull..Its a dirty old game!!!!! | ![]() aidenabettin |
