Bids will have been in discussions and agreeing terms with Stifel for some time.
Stifel will have agreed to take them on after completing their due diligence so that is positive.

I cannot imagine any broker note at this time but presumably Stifel will commence work on a number of angles:-
- Half year accounts and the CEO's statement that will be delivered
- Increasing profile and likely re-forecasting numbers culminating in a Buy rating
- Talking and introducing key institutions should they feel the time is right

Stifel for me is a strong move forward - especially their US presence as well as having the broker side (Oriel Securities) and the wealth management side (Main First) which will give them a high net worth, family office and institutional clientele.

JD Vimeo Account which gives a nice history of the company pivot from DOOH to in-game (see the videos below the one linked). 2 years to where we are now. Pretty impressive really and super focused when they got the opportunity - not chasing everything.

been too busy today, so first visit since this morning, seems to be a lot of thought going on about the broker and other consequences. lets see how much impact this has in the next weeks and how they might bolster the share performance.
