10/6/2020 09:30 | Andy / Parsons Draper is not a young guy - he’s a bald middle aged bloke with a checquered career and little education who got lucky. He is either very naive, highly calculating or very stupid. I favour the latter. All that talk to pump the price up then dump. Yes I do blame him for basically stealing money from those less knowledgable than him. When I say ‘knowledgable& MMS pushed the price up on his comments as mug pi’s happily bought in. He sold £300,000 worth of shares to the MMs who knew they had mug pi’s ready to take them off the back of JD’s words. It’s basic theft. The shares plunged. The deals were not in the bag, nothing had been signed. The share price was pumped by Draper and Draper dumped. It’s disgusting and he should go. | ![]() niggle
10/6/2020 09:25 | From jilson(zombie) on LSE.Today 09:18.If Donald(Stewart) is buying it must be a very good sign and I have been his biggest critic.I've never heard DS criticised once or FP come to think of it.All attacks have been against JD and nobody at the company spoke out to defend him | ![]() aidenabettin

10/6/2020 08:39 | The Placing Shares and Subscription Shares being issued represent, in aggregate, circa 58.19 per cent. of Bidstack's issued ordinary share capital immediately prior to the Placing.58% dilution at a 28% discount. How are the shares still at 4.375p? | ![]() aidenabettin

09/6/2020 23:26 | We already know earnings are to be H2 weighted in line with market expectations and now H1 earnings will be used against JD to weaken his position further. True revenues and $10M agency name witheld to get to the AGM and the pre-emptive resolutions followed by the JD and FP dilutive placing. | ![]() aidenabettin
09/6/2020 23:25 | Parsons, So a pretty promiscuous lot then? :-) Personally I think he cashed some out as an insurance policy, and you can't blame him for that, many of us would do the same for exactly the same reason, IMO. Vox is used to pump up share prices, or to try and reassure investors after bad news has been released, although such promotions have gone quiet recently, maybe everyone sees through them now? | ![]() andy
09/6/2020 23:17 | He didnt go overboard as he was just telling the truth about revenues imo but the game plan was changed and he (JD) FP were not part of those new plans and that will soon be revealed. The share selling was done at a time to inflict maximum damage and it didnt disappoint. It was the start of JD and FP having their holdings dilute.I really feel for the guy but his employer doesnt give a shi7. He had 20% of this company last year before buying Pubguard but now is reduced to 10%. Is that low enough to allow a GM to be called to remove him? What's happened to FP? He has been totally untouched | ![]() aidenabettin
09/6/2020 23:07 | JD was a young guy in a big industry with a great product who got carried away with the interest shown in the industry. He probably had a big mortgage and was advised to sell a small portion of his holding to pay off part of it. Sure he went overboard with VOX but I have been there !!! it is all a game !! But now the other members of the board and advisors have shut him up. The recent fund-raise enabled all their friends and advisors to get in before the money starts to flow. I think they do have great tech, ahead of the game, and are in bed with everyone who is anyone. | ![]() parsons4
09/6/2020 21:56 | I can't understand all the continuous bitterness some hold against JD for selling 1.5m shares at 20p ( less than 4% of his holding). The man still holds 39m shares . Even directors need money and will have to sell at some stage. | ![]() jungmana
09/6/2020 21:27 | "I listened to a few of the podcasts last year and recall JD saying he thought the company was undervalued when it was in the high 30s. That tells me the deals they have cooking are enormous, if he is to be believed. I’m generally a good judge of character and although James made a few mistakes in my opinion he is a good soul with incredible ambition." I don't even know where to begin! | ![]() kemche |
