By H2 the only people still playing games will be the unemployed, who are a wasted target audience for advertisers. BIDS has totally missed the opportunity presented by COVID and is dissembling about its impact on the business going forward.

I looks like it could survive maybe into Jul, but it needs a placing now and the market knows it needs a placing now. My earlier prediction of 2p looking more and more optimistic. The longer JD drags it out the lower that price will be.

So 140k revenue for the year.
Worth remembering the CEO forecast £5.9M in revenue during the year and sold £300,000 of shares into that.

£6M cashburn per year.
£3M in cash at start of year.

They are running on fumes and need funds pronto.

It's all being held back to accommodate change of ownership.Let's see who the next big holder is.JD holding 17% was always the biggest hurdle to get around.About to find out how they are going to do it

All being lined up for the new CEO.Only bit of note for me.Major technological and governance challenges are being overcome as we bring the in-game advertising medium to the advertising community. The Company is in advanced conversations with a number of AAA game studios and we expect to add further advertising agency trading agreements to our existing agreement, signed in 2019..Revenues have always been witheld imo and with the latest in fighting it still looks like JD & FP were complicit in putting pressure on the shareprice when they sold stock(unforgivable) last year at the height of personal and corporate attacks. Have BIDS signed an NDA with the $10M deal marketing company that is probably WPP.Major changes coming at BIDS but the stalling tactics continue as we prepare for change. It's going to be a good year for BIDS by the sounds of it.Incredible news coming out about the gangs involvement with a rival set up and will watch that closely

£3.1m cash at 31/12/19

We’re now 4 months down the line...how much cash have they got left? And what price will they be able to raise at in this environment? And how anyone can have faith in their revenue forecasts after they delivered £140k in 2019 is beyond me.
