We pulled Pwhite73 because he was constantly wrong. We've never seen such a professional outfit on AIM. Certainly doesn't strike us as a lifestyle company so we want our sticky mitts all over it.

The broker loss was a kick in the teeth. They are slipping from our control admittedly. One AAA game and it's game over for the gang. There will be plenty more cash shells though.

Increasing the advertising fill rate from 20% to 30% changes the valuation from 20p to 43p.

A change in multiple factors would have a compound effect on the valuation. e.g. changing the fill rate to 30% and changing the CPM to £9 would give of valuation of perhaps c.70p.

The biggest factor is the discount rate though. Which gives an 8 fold increase in valuation when going from 15% to 6%. Add that to a change in advertising fill rates and CPM and you get a big number.

Obviously the future is unknown but their figures give an indication of the valuations that are possible.

Thank goodness for the angel Mcfly. I was so close to selling my new found investment.

I saw Jaknife on Sunday. Delivered me a food parcel bless him.

Then I saw him on Monday... he got his thieving hands on me wallet.

Tuesday he and threatened my wife to hand over her stocks and shares ISA.

Wednesday I saw him pillaging the neighbors orchard.

Would you believe it, today I see him herding the sheep from the adjacent field and loading them into his Range Rover.

Friday is his day of rest whereby he simply sits back on BBs and creates false rumors and lies to confuse the vulnerable residents across the UK to sell their stocks.

But it's okay, Sunday he'll deliver me my food parcel. What a gent. Kudos rich boy.

They do have revenue predictions.

£9m for next year with a £12.5m exit rate. They then have a methodology for revenue build in future years.

They are using prudent assumptions too, like a 15% discount rate, only a 20% peak advertising fill rate, and £7 CPM (even though they thought the actual CPM would be £9 for 2019).

There are sensitivity tables in the original note showing the impact of a change in assumptions.

e.g. using a £9 CPM rather than £7 changes the DCF valuation to 34p rather than 20p.

Why is everything being witheld ie revenues and name of the agency in the $10M/yr(budget)deal ? and the ever present(9 months) placing that never ever happens.#M&AThey dont want you to BUY folks.Have Stifel approached Shakoor capital?.#accumulate

The target has always been 9p. In fact it was 8.5p before and has gone up to 9p.They have discounted their 20p DCF valuation to take account of funding and forecast risk.

The comedians have arrived. How can you produce any form of discounted cash flow model at any percentage with no revenue predictions?

People are investing for the long term potential of the company and the large cash flows to come down the line.Stifel have a discounted cash flow valuation of 20p. Stifel use a high 15% discount rate to arrive at the 20p, given the early stage of development. They expect to reduce the discount rate as Bidstack establishes revenues. They have set out their valuations given a range of discount rates.Using a more reasonable 10% discount rate the valuation becomes 51p and using a 6% discount rate the valuation becomes £1.61!Gives a glimpse of where we are heading.

Wreckm,

Good luck, you may need it.

Stifel have issued two broker notes in a week, one apparently 88 pages long!

That just shows you what time, expense and effort they're putting in, I wonder why?

Placing o'clock?

It does look like a desperate attempt to lift the shareprice before placing, two notes in a week, and one the longest I have ever heard of by a country mile. That would have not been cheap to produce, so clearly they are going for it.
