the company is currently developing and pursuing potential joint venture options for the project
if this is achieved the share price will surge

What was the result of the much-vaunted BAG Meeting with the BZT BOD ?

Haven't heard anything about that as the leader was apparently taken off to hospital (GWS).

Judging by the current share price action , there wasn't too much to write home about ?

Has the look of Death about it to me.

They need to raise money very soon and at wot price ? 0.1p ? that would mean they would need to sell another 1 Billion shares to raise a meaningful sum of money that wud enable them to continue for a year or so and THAT wud mean a further 50% dilution for existing shareholders.

Not very appealing whatever happens. Have written it down to nothing in my books.
