Nothing released yet as far as I can see, the discussion group leader didn't make the meeting as he was taken to hospital. Still they said a meeting report would be available after consultation after the weekend so we just wait a bit longer.

Give em hell , on my behalf - they deserve it !!

How much cash have thy got left, wot is ACTUALLY happening wih Mankayan & Philippine Politics regarding it and have they had any 3rd party offers for the asset ?

All questions which need to be answered, which they haven't been so far by LR or CB.

It will be Very interesting to hear wot LR has to say to the "BAG" tomorrow.

I sincerely hope he has a plan up his sleeve, as we have seen no evidence of such a thing over the past year and the share price is truly dismal.

I remember looking at it 5 years ago when the price got down to 5p, and thinking it was a bargain then. Now it is 0.15p !! That is REAl value destruction.

12.34% of nothing is still nothing though, and without further cash, that's what BZT is going to worth too....... The value of the Asset is irrelevant if the Company is insolvent.

No matter how small your holding join!You only have to look at the treachery over in FLYB to see how a BOD can act against the shareholders to whom they have a primary duty.
Looks like costing me a mere few hundred but has cost some a hundred times more.Directors think they are untouchable,they rely on complacency.
Join the action group ,it has a well qualified guiding hand and growing numbers. Almost 10% thats enough for the BOD to take notice before they dilute shareholders further out of existence.
People take time to return goods not fit for purpose worth a fraction of their holdings in here...why not take time to take the BOD to task?
Don`t let the b`trds get away with it!!

Colin Bird may want to buy it as an empty shell and blow out existing shareholders, that is my fear. Alternatively, he may just let it go bust and buy it for very little from the Administrators, as per Mike Ashley. Plenty of that going on at the moment. Either way, it has the look of death about it at these levels !

Urge all holders regardless of the size of their holdings (mine is small) to join up! Do encourage others you know of.We need to send a message to the Bod that bag is not a plaything and income source for directors and management.
I'm not sure what % we can reach but it MUST be a multiple of current 6%.

I am amazed to see the market cap is still above £1 million. I suppose someone may want to buy the company as an empty shell - what else is there?

A Shareholder Action Group has been created by trellis35 from the BZT board on the LSE website (please check). The idea is to hold the board to account. It will fly or die by the number of shares it can command. Response after only two or three days has been substantial. To express interest, contact bezantactiongroup at gmail dot com
