Next stop 800 and a 13 turns PE (11.5 without net cash)? Small cap share watch update over the weekend? stockopedia says 128% returns on capital. This is against my better judgement becuase botb shares are better than playing botb will ever be but I have done a £14 shot at the £500k largest ever prize this week along with tickets for the AMG SL55

What did jackson say I only see "." ??

I am not surprised to see continued buying of BOTB today. As stockopedia shows it is only on 11 times forward EPS and should have nearly £8M of net cash at the end of April which is nearly 15% of the marketcap. marketing costs coming down, globe invest tie up to come in the future, this is still on a very low valuation compared to the market over all. Forecasts are too low too. finnCap are only saying a few per cent of growth in revenues a year when botb themselves say way above that, the caps lock is mine

"We are preparing the Company for a return to steady ongoing growth that, while not at the levels achieved in FY2021, is SIGNIFICANTLY ABOVE the historic levels that we achieved ahead of the conversion of the business from a bricks and mortar retail player to an online only operator. " and do not forget botb also say "make the business better OPERATIONALLY GEARED for future increases in revenue."

if they get to 15x 80p then that would be 1200p share price. investors have always under estimated how much profit leverage is in this model and the upgrade cycle

13*59.5+£8m cash a share=870p still big up side from now. And 13* is not expensive for incredible ROIC ROCE cash conversion. Finncap target is 990p

Can't seem to get a quote for 10k. Incrementally went down to 4K and still no quote being given.

"That needs growth of 12% in revenues in the next 2 years."

What if revenue drops by 12% in the next 2 years, like it did last year?

1.396m visits on similarweb for January, slightly above my last January estimate. Strong overall month.

Thank you I have updated my post and added to it. This is even now lowly valued in a multiple sense compared to the rest of the market for any tiny sense of growth potential with a big cash balance that will be bigger when they report year end April figures. The excellent Small cap share watch talked about this as interesting in a report they did last year and I wonder if they will give us an update this weekend.

Good post. On your UK point i'd be surprised if they end up doing £35m of revenue and only a 2% better margin than is currently forecast. I'd think a bit more about incremental margins and that would probably mean closer to 26-28% than just 24% and so that feels a little low in that outcome. The structure of any international agreement is TBC to really be able to comment on how that revenue and margin structure will work out.
