I checked G2theary's posts - he claims to have bought in recently and is now ramping the shares. I've already very clearly stated that I have never invested here and that I cannot see any investment case at the current price either.

Nonsense, I've not called anything wrong here. I've never invested in BOTB previously and, as very clearly stated in post #1922 above, don't see any investment case at the current shareprice either.

Re post #1901. Took a good look last night to see if this might have oversold on last weeks Friday 13th trading update but I can't see any sensible investment case at this stage. Have to say that it was brilliant timing by those directors who realised £60m from the share sale on April 1st. If they had still retained those 2.5m shares they would only be worth £18.1m today. Equally, very unfortunate timing by Slater Investments who picked up circa one-third of them at a price of £24 and are now currently down over £14m on that transaction.

31 March 2021: Best of the Best PLC announces that it has been informed by certain Directors of the Company that they intend to sell up to, in aggregate, 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of GBP24.00 in order to satisfy strong institutional demand.

Some interesting comments earlier in the year:

Solooiler 24 Feb '21 - 1080: Traffic down 40% on August, 26% on September, 14% on October to December. If it was small numbers I would agree and maybe quality over quantity but these are big falls and we all know covid has hugely benefited online gambling companies.

I don't profess to know what fair value is right now, but do know the market always over exaggerates and over compensates. Bought today and we'll see where it lands in a month. I do believe the MM are exposed.

FWIW - I believe the MM will try some further tricks over the coming days as they have been caught off guard. Irrespective of the company position - this is simply irrational markets at play.
