Precisely, and it's a real shame. The world needs nuclear power if they have any hope of meeting the 2030, 2040 or 2050 targets, and the Spanish community needs the economic benefits that they would get from the mine.

That's the problem with ideology.

I completely fail to understand why this has rallied so strongly today.
Judging by the accounts, the Omanis have a strong case for getting their money back - just look, the debt is included as a current liability! What does that tell you?
Without the money, BKY are basically toast.
This isn't investing into a potential uranium mine. This is staking money on the outcome of two legal cases - both of which I expect BKY to lose.
