The co-ordinated sale by 4 directors of £3M of their holdings at 4472 certainly hasn't done the share price any good. And with downgraded earnings targets it is hard to see a revisiting of 4500 for a while.

yes , a wonderful breakout and chartwise it should get to 4500 and maybe even 4900 in time . But I am puzzled it is doing well with house prices falling as I know with my nice detached house on market and not one viewer in 3 months and same for 2 other sellers nearby as we compare notes :) . But I am just a simple chartist and do what they tell me :) . US indices tanking will change the bullish mood for FTSE 100 companies of course

The Stamp Duty changes aren't going to be sufficient to support the housing market. They are paid once, whereas mortgages/energy etc are paid for daily, every day, every year.


Help to Buy for new applications ends next month.

Just looking at the price these were back in the 07/2014 property melt down period, thats the marker for where these will end up, U.K. facing a unique set of problems, to save sterling rates need to be 6/7 per cent, plus U.K. inflation slated to be 3x higher than france, I get U.K. is energy poor unlike france with massive nuclear, but what the actual fxck?
