The appeal, it goes through the courts and gets analysed to see if the government were unlawful in their decision. Could be a while, or only short, hard to tell. It's not stopping BEM from progressing the project though. There are always appeals to projects. Better being this way round than is appealing against a no decision. share price on the floor, not a bad time to buy if you believe in the fundamentals and where this is heading in the next few years.

Any views on how long the legal action may take to determine ? Can't see how funding negotiations for the mine can be progressed until the outcome of the legal action is concluded ?

Had to give this a double take. Brilliant news and well done to Kurt and the team for sticking this out. Might be a sign of things to come globally with countries looking inwardly rather than simply buying in from other countries with different social and political agendas. I imagine that as a consequence of supply shortages and global price increases it suddenly becomes more cost effective to dig it out of the ground on home soil
