Still think that LKAB will get the Kallaks for very little money and BEM will ultimately have to re-focus completely on Graphene, where, as Anley says, the manufacturers are relatively hard to find and also, a definitive and important use for the product has yet to be really found ?

And with that outcome, is a £30m mkt cap really justified for BEM ? I think not.

First Graphene and OZ business has a stockpile of 400 tonnes of Graphite and has moth balled its mines. Too much surplus world wide me thinks............

On the other hand Mr Budge has told shareholders that BEM has a future with this rock but as I have said before - who is going to mine it - who makes it into Graphene - and who supplies the capital for what is a very risky venture?

There is only one manufacturer of top grade graphene and that is Versarien (VRS) and they lead the world owning Cambridge Graphene formally part of Cambridge Uni and of course Manchester Uni.............take a look and join the dots up.

A lot of competitors already in Graphite exploration and some with permitted mines So where does this leave BEM?

Voice from the past. Looking at my records, I bought these at 5.7p on 27.8.10 and sold them on 6.5.11 at 45.5p !! and then forgot about them. What have they been doing for 8 years ? Bought some back today at 5.5p; not sure when 45.5 will come up again. GLA.

Well IanP.........look and read out aload what you said in your 157 post when the shares were 20% higher..........did you really consider what you said?

Today we have the issue which I forcast yesterday and all it does is to help pay for JB fees and for the business to squander capital on GRAPHITE prospecting.

I have warned everyone who reads this BB to do there research in to just what Graphite can be used for once it has been made in to high quality Graphene. There are some 300 so called manufactures around the world claiming to make quality graphene. Over 90% are unable to do this with the result that there are only one or two who can and I have mentioned one of them on the BB.

The question is a simple one: What is the quality and who will buy the rocks and then how can it be used? So where is the profit for BEM - mining - selling it to a third party who may not have the ISO certification and therefore is unable to buy the rocks or should BEM pull out and do nothing more and save its capital.

Now have a read ......The upcoming General Election in Sweden may delay a decision on the Exploitation Concession, as in my experience, political elections in any country affect a permitting process, often causing delays.

That is what has just been said by the BEM director. Yet again another day which will mean over a 4 year wait and with no one really wanting the iron ore.

Keep in mind that even if the licenses were granted where would BEM get its mining capital from and I still think that one day someone will come along and pick the asset up for a million or two.............

So the shares are in my view over valued.......say 2.5p for the quotes and now controlled by Swedish investors.............

Just made a 1 million Pound loss so will need to place more shares and dilute shareholders.

AND by the way a UK company with a UK quote is moving its AGM to Sweden........that is a first and no reasons given but I suspect its because over 50% of the shareholders are Swedish..........what a lot of.......

Are you mad?

Give me reasons why anyone should buy in to a company that has no assets and is running out of capital?

Go and have a read about Graphene and then look at VRS {Versarien) and that will give you an idea where the long term money is NOT in some mine that may not have any commercial value.

Do tell me when the Swedish government will be granting the mining licenses as its now over 3 years.............and then ask yourself another question who is drawing their wages and expenses?...........

What a load of BS on the graphite project - useless and valueless for the poor BEM shareholders.

Please explore Warwick Uni on where and how graphene is and perhaps may be used in batteries.................digest all this information including what Manchester and Cambridge Uni are doing and then ask yourself a simple question:

How can BEM make a profit from what they are doing when most developed graphite mines are so well advanced and BEM have no money.............

Well that was well received, they have a few fingers in a few pies if Kallak comes good and we get a JV where will the price end up well run company not like most on the Aim.

I have warned this BB before that BEM is throwing its capital down a drain looking for Graphite when there is so much available from other good sources around the world.

Kurt says:"supporting its students with work experience opportunities"........that is speak for cheap labour - good for the student but a waste of time for BEM.

How right you are ANDREA - the shares are not even worth 1p and its about time the BEM board came clean as they will never be able to develop a mine.

I also don't understand why BEM still has a £40m mkt cap ,in the UK mkt, when none of its projects are funded are even licenced in the case of Kallak.

Similar Companies at a similar stage of development tend to have Aim-Listed mkt caps around the £3 to £5m level, which wud imply that BEM is currently around 8 times over-valued ? i.e. Price shud b 1p and not 7p ?

One for the VERY VERY brave I think !!

Also Grpahite becoming less useful for EV's as latest gen of Batteries use more Nickel & Cobalt than Graphite & Lithium. So even the long-term end -user demand may not be there ?

I also think that Kiruna, just up the road, with 80 years of high-grade Iron reserves left, makes Kallak a pointless exercise until Kiruna is nearly exhausted - It's just not needed, and the Swedish Govt. know that.

OK so lets assume it is as the question then becomes who and how will it be financed?

Shareholders will be diluted to nothing and the graphite mines will be worthless as the material that will be found may not be of a quality that manufactures of graphene want.

Think again..............

Followed for years done plenty of research and the Kallak license is still a possibility if not a probability

NO, and they won't get a mining licence at the Kallaks either. End of story.

I see BEM is spending capital on some graphite drilling.........well it will be interesting to read the results BUT the big question is who is Kurt going to sell this stuff to?

Shareholders should be told just what this material is and what can happen to it BUT the problem for BEM will be price and therefore profit.........I will warn everyone that this venture for the company will be a loss maker as there is sufficient graphite in the world to satisfy demand for years to come. The Chines have it on there doorstep and Sweden is mining it as is the country that used to be called Ceylon and that is of high quality.

So I urge shareholders to look into GRAPHITE and ask themselves - can BEM make any money from this stuff?
