Who will be proved correct: Warren Buffett, or the Barclay's team? It's likely we'll find out sometime next year. I have an opinion, but I'm only guessing and could be wrong! 😁

I agree Ianio. Iqbal is now irrelevant to BEN. However, in March 22 when I first posted here my major point then was that Iqbal was already bust but nobody had spotted that fact and that his insiders were creaming off millions from PIs by selling 5p and 10p shares for 85p plus based on a ramp.

The issue of mining data has been my main issue since. Where are the quarterly mining reports? The fact they are not there means two HWMer are not running, there are no double shifts, cash still burning.

Iqbal clearly has issues, and quite frankly should not be let near to the running or ownership of any Company!
In relation to BEN, it is essentially a side show.
(Unless it forces the distressed sale of his substantial holding of shares....)

What will effect the share price is Coal production, and more importantly - sales!

Are the two HWM's running and on double shifts?
Are the trains coming as required?
Are we making a profit on each tonne mined?

Will Adam Wilson ever provide clear and concise data and answers for the market to accurately assess true value?

It’s really very messy and Mohammed Iqbal will have many creditors after him.

MBU Capital Ltd was his master company that owned all the companies now in administration or liquidation

7/3/23 liquidator appointed
21/5/21 on the confirmation statement you can see he transferred ownership of MBU Cspital from himself personally to MBU Capital Group Ltd.

Euston One Ltd in administration with debts of at least £35m. See accounts filed on 20/10/22

Park Place Plaza Ltd being liquidated with shortfall of around £18m. See statement of affairs filed on 9/9/20

Saint Nicholas House Limited being liquidated with a shortfall of around £13m. See statement of affairs filed on 6/4/21

And I could go on. Every company under MBU Capital Group Ltd is bust to the tune of nearly £100m. Mohammed Iqbal transferred ownership from himself to MBU Capital Group Ltd in May 21 to try to dodge the bullet. BEN was a last roll of the dice to try to clear the huge debts. That’s why it was pumped so much.

The major asset of MBU Capital Group Limited is now being repossessed.
William Road Properties Ltd

On 25/9/23 receivers were appointed by Areo

The debt of well in excess of £30m is held by Euston One Limited. Which is also being taken down on the same day

See accounts filed on 20/10/22

Mohammed Iqbal is toast. MBU Capital Group Limited that holds the BEN shares is toast. If you check it out this is exactly what I said would happen in March 22 when I first posted.

The dropping met coal price and lack of up to date mining data is eating away the share price here. The $21m rolling up loans only had 18 months before being due and those months are drifting away.
