This chart and chart indicators implies that the BEN share price has further to fall in the short term. Possibly falling to test support @ 10p? Warning; there is no guarantee that this chart based prediction will be proved correct! News trumps charts as SVE has proved today.

I sold STX and bought ENET at 0.25p, 0.38p, 0.7p. Now 2.6p. So STX is doing very well as ENET. Thanks for asking.

They were losing $15 per ton sold in the six months to 31/3/23 after all cash and non cash costs at gross margin level. But coal prices in three months to 30/6/23 were even lower than the six months to 31/3/23. There was recovery in the last three months. But royalty costs have also risen from the loans and transport etc rose (made clear by Warrior Met coal). They might be just in gross margin profit now. But they need a lot more than that with overhead of $1m a month. Interest costs are $5m ayear alone though $3m of that is rolled up into the loans. However, it won’t be pretty.

I need to finish my analysis. They still had some delays up to Sept, They already were delivering a cash gross profit before depreciation and depletion last year, I think they will be gtoss profitable after depreciation and depletion in the first six months.

Net profitablity may be near as there were quite a few one off expenses, maybe net cash profitable ignoring depreciation and non cash accounting enteries...but may have to wait for last six months of the year with two HWM's. Need to do sums, but it is doing far better than people think and touch wood we appear to have avoided another mega storm.

Will send you my views butCheltenham today.

Goforgold doesn’t do reasoning. Just hatred. BEN will not get suspended. But I cannot wait for the accounts to 30/9/23. They are going to redefine terrible. Quite a challenge after the bar raised by accounts to 31/3/23 and 30/9/22 mind.

I have a soft spot for Seagreen. I respect his hatred of Bergen on ENET. Up 1500% in the last three days.

Not sure of its reliability but this one (also from previous day) is a good guide

Well worth reading this article. Is he correct? I think so going by his track record, but others will disagree with him. Only time will tell if he's right, or wrong.
