29/3/2009 13:58 | Pherhaps it is time to edit this BB'S heading? Interims out 30th mar 30th june delist time if a miracle does not happen! TIDMBLL RNS Number : 7274P Bella Media PLC 30 March 2009 ? For Immediate Release 30 March 2009 Bella Media PLC ("Bella Media" or the "Company") Unaudited Half Yearly Report for the six months ended 31 December 2008 Chairman's Statement During the period under review, Bella Media continued to operate as an investment company and the trading results for the period reflect this. The Directors continued to maintain the Company at minimum practical cost, as reflected in the very modest reduction in cash and net assets. The Directors continue to seek acquisition and investment opportunities in the energy and resources sectors and have reviewed a number of such opportunities in recent months. We are now in discussions with a number of parties in relation to possible acquisitions; we hope that one of these will be brought to fruition but there is no guarantee that a transaction will be completed by 30 June 2009 which is when the Company's shares will be delisted from AIM under Rule 15 of the AIM Rules. We will, however, make an announcement as soon as practicable; the transactions now under consideration would each constitute a reverse takeover and require shareholder approval under the AIM Rules. A copy of the Half Yearly Report is available on the Company's website www.bellamediaplc.co Contacts: Peter Redmond, Director, Bella Madia Plc 0771 866 0727 Roland Cornish, Beaumont Cornish Limited 020 7628 3396 | ![]() alby220
29/3/2009 13:42 | There is very little chance of this coming back in this economic climate,by the time possible charges are taken out of what little cash is left,i would suspect it is terminal in the next few months. For anyone interested to see how the money pot is lasting, here is the link to the last accounts . I class BLL as a hard lesson i have learned, | ![]() alby220
