29/12/2009 08:28 | i will read, digest and come back on this and thanks for the posting | solarno lopez
28/12/2009 18:57 | solarno lopez You will be pleased to learn that the directors remaind sober for this COO. Please Read on.................. this is the lost egm document removed from as many bbs as poss, but now, here to haunt those that fleeced the shareholders of bella media, and now take the profits that were rightly those of bella medias shareholders. OH yes its complicated to read, if anyone had the balls to pull this one of it had to look terrifying to the casual observer, but make no mistake from the timing of the EGM to the threat that the bella media plc would be liqidated it was all there and delivered late over the chridtmas holiday so that the maximum amount of shareholders would 1 not understand THE STING and 2 would be otherwise occupied. Have a read at this thread | joosepi
28/12/2009 17:57 | refer to your egm announcment and proxy letter. are you going to suggeast that if it was after the pubs opened even the directors themselvs could not have pullede it off. | joosepi
28/12/2009 17:32 | OK GUYS where do you want to go with this does anybody know the time the EGM was scheduled to take place on 23/12/07 its important | solarno lopez
28/12/2009 14:09 | They "the directors" said the company "would fold", never mind scaremongering, they then called an egm which shareholders missed 23/12/2007 because most people were thinking of plum duff not "getting plain stuffed" you couldnt make it up. There was a counter offer put up by a group of shareholders but it was pushed out of time. Look at the period this happened its all there. And the now money making cinema, with its plans for growth, is owned by the previous directors who pulled of what can be described as a theft of assets, and hey presto! the shareholders lost the company they bought shares in! | joosepi
28/12/2009 11:12 | unfortunately it can be costly in that you have to prove that the directors who carried out the action gave no option or chance for shareholders to vote against. it sounds that the directors were scaremongering to ensure they themselves got the best deal | solarno lopez
28/12/2009 10:27 | how would that work solarno?? | figgy3
27/12/2009 15:19 | this then could be classified as oppression of minorities and you guys could probably bring a class act against the directors if it can be proved they knew the company was in fact far better than they made out | solarno lopez
27/12/2009 12:40 | fig if your interested go back on the advfn bb for the period. The director bought the asset out of the company left it as a shell they paid Bll company around 600.000US, the company which consisted of an imex cinema which at that stage had invested so far around 4millionsus. The directors reported that things were bad for bll and that it was in the shareholders interests to take the offer or the company bll would fold. If you now look at the so called failing bll you will see it is very alive with reastaraunts and an Imex cinema all owned by the previos directors who did not want to share the profits with bll shareholders. | joosepi
27/12/2009 11:55 | abadan2 how would defered shares be cancelled?? bella media is not dead and surely defered means to put aside until things are better no?? | figgy3
27/12/2009 11:37 | joosepi is the date you're refering to the 28th December 2007 when they voted to dispose of bmi ?? | figgy3
24/12/2009 21:34 | But the bella medias directors jail sentances may not be cancelled or deferred | joosepi
24/12/2009 17:29 | figgy3 Deferred shares are a technical result of a consolidation and never meant to have any value. The Bella Media deferred shares will now be cancelled. | abadan2
24/12/2009 15:44 | The only thing deffered about this company is the jail sentence that would be given to the previous directors of bella media, who stole the company from the shareholders. in december 24th 2007, that date used to hide from all the absent shareholders. Do research around the dec 2007 on ADVFN its all there so if anyone is interested it is an isssue where action could be taken and damages paid to shareholders for there losses! | joosepi
23/12/2009 10:51 | Could anyone explain what defered shares means and why they're in use and, IF this company rises from the ashes would the defered shares valued @ £450. come into play. | figgy3
23/12/2009 10:22 | shareholders approval today i believe. | figgy3

12/12/2009 21:22 | Here is Bella Cinema LLP, now up and running making a fortune. But hey not for the shareholders of bella media, as promised by the board of Bella Media, noooooooooooooooo, for the Bella cinema owners ( youve guessed it) the previous board members who nicked it from the shareholders of bella Media. The Historic Edgewater Cannery and Packing Building has been preserved and completely rebuilt by Bella Cinema, and now offers visitors to Monterey County a new expanded experience of Cannery Row and Monterey Bay with an integrated entertainment venue in the heart of Cannery Row. The 17,000 square foot development includes a 290-seat 3D IMAX Theatre, the Edgewater Café, and an exclusive Guy Buffet Art Gallery and is conveniently located at 640 Wave Street across from the main parking facility for Cannery Row, and just a block from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. | joosepi |
