Washington, June 10 (Bloomberg) -- Attorney General John Ashcroft said the government has arrested a U.S. citizen suspected of trying to plant a ``dirty bomb'' that would spread radiation.

Ashcroft made the televised announcement on a visit to Moscow.

Decided that a small long on RBOS was on the cards before lunch and went long at 1952 with a tight stop loss. Looking good now but wished I had gone for more.
