no prizes for guessing which european index is lagging today,becoming very predictable,if i were a bookie,i would have it odds on every day,couldnt possibly lose over a 5 day period :-)

Guys what happenned at 3:00 was ...I hope ....a buying opportunity...
not a shorting one. If you were short the market as the figures came out
take your profits ....IMHO

Market is going up...and one set of figires is over the next few day not going to make much difference

FTSE slready back over 4000 and Dow nearly back at nine.
Infact this has probably shaken out the last of the weak holders
thus improving the chances of a good rally as the week progresses

Ash - I dont see anything wrong with it. NMS is 25k, looks like a simple error in reporting the trades early. They have been reported properly now.

Check this out, unreal playing about on SVB!

Unbelieveable mm messing about, both trades marked as deleted this am ie trade of 25,000 at 48p at 9.21.00 am, and trade 40,000 at 48p at 10.58.39 am have been resubmitted to look like sells later.

Unbelievable mm manipulation, they must be very short IMHO.

Razorgirl, that sounds like a good idea.
At the moment I can't use my office PC to trade online and so I have my ( very ancient P350 laptop with a mere 40mb RAM ) connected via a modem to D4F and because the memory is so low it locks out quite a lot, apart from being slow. But at least I can see my trades now rather than just speaking to the dealers as I like to know if any limit orders have been triggered. Don't think my boss will approve though!!
