They need cash for the pump. Placing inbound it's that simple. Not hard to work out by price action.

Yes agree haff1 but some consolidation of the share price around +/- 0.20 is no bad thing in the short term

Brent crude oil hits $92 for first time this year – latest updates - Daily Telegraph

www.telegraph.co.uk

Oil prices have hit $92 a barrel for the first time since November last year after Saudi Arabia and Russia cut global supplies.

Brent crude, the international benchmark, has risen by 1.4pc today, having climbed since the end of June after mostly falling for a year.

It comes after Saudi Arabia announced an extension to unilateral cuts to production until the end of the year in an attempt to prop up global prices, with Russia following suit with cuts to exports.

Data published by the Opec cartel of oil-producing nations showed the scale of the looming oil supply crunch, with a potential shortfall of more than 3 million barrels a day — the biggest in more than a decade.

In terms of valuation implications, at 900 bopd, Beacon expects monthly operating cash flow of over US$1.5m per month at US$80/bbl Brent prices – equivalent to almost US$20m per annum.

X c15% = almost another USD$3m per annum

TOTAL = almost USD$23m per annum
