Seeing as this is the most important period this company will ever have. 8 weeks since the last true operational update i do not think it is to much to ask to update us shareholders this coming week, even if it is the most basic of updates just to ease the nerves of us more ardent shareholders

Sadly looks like from Dundee to Aberdeen rain for the next two days. Hope there are some dry spots during that timeframe.

"With the SCHB-2(2.) now safely and successfully completed, the Company's priority is establishing flowrates through clean-up of the wellbore, and eventual installation of an Electrical Submersible Pump."

Thanks dead duck, useful research imho.
Will they keep their word re the rod pump first though, Octobers nearly over and they've been very quiet on how ops are going since the mates rates placing.

Forward Plan

-- Installation of the rod pump is expected to be undertaken during October 2023. The rod pump will have the capacity to deliver up to 250 bopd. Installation of the rod pump will not require a workover rig. In the interim period reservoir clean-up will continue into the wellbore.

-- It is expected that, once the well is fully cleaned up and this rate has been achieved, the rod pump will be replaced with an Electrical Submersible Pump ("ESP") which has higher capacity.

-- Work will commence immediately to quantify expected reserve and resources increases.

A big question mark over the Rhein assets, mainly that the team in Germany already had a go at modern workover/stimulation on these fields. What will be different this time?
The workovers proved uneconomic (those with sufficient shows to even make the attempt)

2018: €2.4M revenue from oil production -€5.7M operating costs = -€3.3M operating loss
2019: €1.4M revenue from oil production -€3.7M operating costs = -€2.3M operating loss
2020: €1.0M revenue from oil production -€4.8M operating costs = -€3.8M operating loss

This CEO now boasts in interviews they'll be developing the oilfields 'for free' using all their positive cashflows. Looks like a typical AIM promote with no real substance.

pacman9 answer me these simple questions.

A, you have a cake company with a million shares at £1 = market cap a £1 million. you own 100,000 shares 10% worth £100,000. Now that cake company issues another 1 million shares. So now the cake company has 2 million shares in it but your share of the cake company has gone down to 5% but you still have got the same amount of shares 100,000. is that dilution?

B, The share price is still £1 market cap 2 million, your 100,000 still worth £100,000 is that dilution?

C, The share price is 50p market cap 1 million, your 100,000 is worth £50,000 is that dilution?

D,The share price is now £2 market cap £4 million, your 100,000 is worth £200,000 is that dilution?

No matter how you slice it if more shares are being issued it's dilution.

they are options... they will only be converted if they are 'in the money', ie the shareprice is at significantly higher price than the option price.

At that point it will be dilution as your selling shares at less than the current price

until they are converted they are only potentially dilutive.. the shareprice may never be significantly over the option price and never converted

basically a free ticket for them

I'll try and explain it simply..You have a cake with 10 slices and each slice costs £1. The value of cake is £10.Now you cut that same cake into 11 slices, Now if you've given that slice away for free each slice is now worth 90.9p. That's dilution, and the value of the cake is still £10. However if each slice still costs £1. I.e theyve paid pretty much market rate for the sliceThe value of the cake is £11. No dilution. They are options, they have paid for them, at pretty.much market rate as it stands. Money in the bank.
