Decent volume a fair few small buys but a seller in the background in lumps...hopefully they get cleared but it seem any positive news flow is just used as a liquidity event by a larger seller to clear some out. Preventing any meaningful response to the news. Comments on the positives further out of the last two encouraging deals are fair enough but neither provide a clear route to any short term meaningful revenues or profits. Such agreements and partnerships do not always feed directly to market sales..if the company are to transform into a more focused technology company in fast growing markets they need to actually evidence traction and growth sooner rather than later.Too much jam tomorrow..to regain investor confidence and a more respectable rating there needs to be some jam today.

This story at this company (and its share price) have been so long-tailed + the urban blight that has covered the UK small cap market, that the bar for 'success' has been raised to absolutely ridiculous heights. Forget the immediate revenue potential here for a second. Just the marketing boost alone of having Edgility, an otherwise obscure US-based business, gaining the imprimatur of AWS, who likely have brought Edgility in to help improve their Greengrass service which is notoriously cumbersome, would be worth a 15-25% jump in the share price if we were listed anywhere else on earth. I know we don't know the economics of this yet but NASDAQ is not on all-time highs because most tech companies have been exploding their current profitability. It's also on the back of anticipated future earnings boost from AI, etc AS WELL AS huge liquidity on the back of increasing investor appetite. BATM has gone the opposite way obviously and all it takes - given the recent news flow especially - is the slightest turn in that dynamic and the share price could be back at 30p without a lot of effort - well maybe a little effort - from the net income line. Let's see.

cumnor I think the key takeout here is as AWS is so universally used a compatible and a compliant service will be the starting point for AWS customers looking for Edge orchestration software.

I agree this is likely a major win for the company though this market is so damaged, it's probably going to require some further news on immediate/near-term sales wins or - the likely outcome - more institutional interest that can/will start to buy on 2026/7 numbers. Meantime, a small thing I know, but the market is trading actively at 19p, which shows as unchanged on the day, but only because someone has been playing games in the fixing this past few days and closing the share price at 19, when the fair close should have been more like 18-18 1/4. So, to be fair, the shares are trading up 3/4% on this news so far, fwiw, and I think it will close above 20 by day's end.

This type of relationship probably will generate more SME business than the much trumpeted CityFibre deal as it applies globally

Anyone translate-is it just a case that AWS will just be a merchant for BVC's Edgility platform? Does it really mean a lot, and surely the company's marketing guys are doing this in any case? Nice to see news flow but deals....???$$$$

AWS are huge. This is a potentially game change for edgility imho. I still think BVC are hugely undervalued. ;"Amazon Web Services is on track to earn $100 billion of revenue in FY2024, has improved its margins, and provides the bulk of its parent company's operating income.News of the cloudy concern's performance arrived on Tuesday with Amazon.com's Q1 results, which featured sales of $143.3 billion – up 13 percent year on year – $10.4 billion of net income and operating income of $15.3 billion.AWS sales improved 17 percent year-on-year to land at $25 billion, $9.4 billion of which was operating income – a profit metric that omits some of the costs used to calculate net income. Do the math, people: 17 percent of Amazon revenue comes from AWS, but the cloudy concern produces 65.7 percent of the overall group's operating income."

Great partner and might open some doors but still we need to see genuine traction in actual underlying customers paying for licences and using the product so we can evidence meaningful growing revenues relative to the investment made. But its very positive that BATM is getting doors opened that could lead to revenues further down the line..as always an optimistic sign off"We look forward to leveraging our partner status to drive Edgility sales growth in the near term and to collaborating with AWS to explore other exciting opportunities in the future."

Yesterday's volume in Tel Aviv was small so whilst looking like a move above 19p there are still sellers in similar size much lower in London it seems.

There is no restriction until there is certainty around the transaction , certainty only occurs when the deal is at signature stage ..it certainly does not mean you are permanently restricted during negotiations..i imagine BATM are often talking to potential partners or potential transactions that is always going on ..but not many early stage talks turn into deals…hell batm is talking to numerous parties over Edgility but clearly not many of those initial talks will come home to roost..and we are already looking overdue on last guidance of likely take up. ..but anyway does this explain Moti not buying a single share in over 8 years as a director? Or are we looking for excuses ( like he does) for just not wanting to risk their own capital?
I certainty would not be reading that more positive news must be due if he doesn’t buy …he now should have an idea of the interim results that echo seems to think will beat..another reason to not deal though they are no in the closed period yet.. There is always something if you want an excuse not to buy shares in the company you run…if you really want to buy you can argue quite easily when opportunities are there..he managed to find a window when he sold all the options granted and pocket $1m ..was that the only unrestricted window in 8 years??

This recent deal probably explains no Directors buys that we all call for. The path should be clear now. Therefore if we don’t see buys in next week or so it means something else is in the oven. The long awaited acquisition for Edgility or the non core disposals. Don’t think the disposals would hold Moti back on the basis that it wouldn’t be that market impactful in the short term, more a market signal.

How are things working out, chaps? Seems like Romania and Moldova are still the mainstay of this company. Am I right?
