Paulisi, so the urgency to commercialise Edgility dictates the next acquisition or partnership is one with an established sales network of close synergy. This maybe is linked to his inability to buy shares at the moment.

Todays webinar just finished. Moti confirmed that they will dispose/spin out non-core businesses and will also realise their investment in ADOR once the trials are done. Also confimred that in time, they will seek a listing on NASDAQ but only once the company is bigger. At last a solid strategy and great that Moti took the time to answer every question. He also said they will do some London investor roadshows which will be good for sentiment. Now its about execution- find the right buyers for the non-core businesses and the right M/A opportunities to get to the big markets more quickly

Interesting presentation.Q&A was interesting, but I got the impression he skirted around some of the questions i.e buyback and didn't give a full answer. All of my questions got asked.Looking to build up a sales and marketing division, but it wasn't clear if this is in house or via M&A.Only concern I had on agility is that he stated they are 2 years ahead of the competition and need to saturate the market before the competitors come in, but they don't seem to have a big enough sales and marketing team to do that yet.The growth potential is huge, it is the commercialisation and sales that concerns me before the competitors attempt to enter the markets.

Presentation slides. (link above)
RE posting for anyone not seen this.

BATM sustained growth projections are worth bearing in mind. They have stripped out the covid sales and one off disposals and the company is still turning in a very good performance.

There is a ton of information out there now and a clear indication of where the company is headed.
Will comment on some aspects of this when the dust settles. There are a few surprises in there.
I did not catch the City Fibre presentation so appreciate any comments from those who did.

Particularly enjoyed yesterday's presentation from David Tomalin.

He's CityFibre's Group Chief Technical Officer.

Was actually presenting from Canada so it was very early in the morning for him.

Whether he'll be part of tonight's webinar remains to be seen.

Anyway, much praise from him for the Edgility virtualisation product(s) that they're installing.

Aim to reach 8 million premises installations in the UK over the next few years.

Remarkably, they have already installed at between 2 and 3 million premises.

Wonder when these revenues will hit the bottom line ?

Not wanting to be a downer, but as long as FSE mentioned today's move, it should be pointed out that someone did one hell of a push up in the auction, taking the closing price from a more appropriate 25p-ish (up 5% or so) all the way to 26.75p, more than doubling the day's move (I'm not sure I've ever seen that). As a result, I think anything better than -5% tomorrow (ie., the share price holds above 25p) should be considered a win. The only slightly weird thing in our favour is that whoever did the dirty today spent 12 grand to make it happen, which is quite a bit for this type of thing, indicating a slightly more serious player.

It looks like they will sell Celtrion (waste management) and the Distribution businesses (Zer Labs ; AMS2000 etc) as a first step as they dont highlight the growth potential for those at all in the slides. That would be a good move in the first instance as those businesses generated about 7million (Celtrion) and 70 million (Zer/AMS2000 etc) of relatively low low margin revenue in 2022. So I would hope they could get at least 1 x revenue for them- ie around 80 million USD plus for those two businesses. They have more than 40 million in cash already so they could then make a substantial earnings enchancing acquisition for 120 million plus for a business complementary to either Telco/Celare. At the current share price that would mean the remaining high growth potential business would be valued at pretty much nothing. So thats whatI think the Senior management should focus their time on for 2023. I agree that ultimately a NASDAQ listing makes more sense but I think that can wait for the moment. If I get a chance I will clarify their intentions tommorow

TASE traded a very small volume of shares today and closed+ @2%. London closed + 12% on reasonable volume.
One of my largest concerns here is the inclusion in TASE at the expense of being dropped from the UK index. It simply does not make sense to have this dual listing. Its confusing at the very least.
I would love to hear the argument for maintaining it ? maybe there is a point I am missing.

If Telco systems can get their sales up then BATM should look at a NASDAQ listing. I think they can do far more business in North America( Canada , Mexico) than anywhere else. As I commented earlier this side of the pond we are paranoid about using IT solutions from home based companies. The American market will become far more restrictive than it already is. Not now perhaps but they should at least consider this.

Very interesting to see which parts are to be sold and which to keep. The valuation on the saleable businesses will be interesting to work out and should create a re-valuation of the share price.

Can someone summarise which businesss/business units were highlighted for sale. I have always thought it made very little sense to keep both the BioMedical and Cyber/Networking divisions as I didnt see enough synergy between them. Given the greater growth opportunities in Cyber /Networking, I would advocate disposing of everything in the BioMedical division and reinvesting the proceeds in growing businesses that have more Synergy with Telco/Edgiltiy and Cephare (Cyber). If these deals were done right, then that would also bring in more commercial people into the business that would benefit the whole. I asked this question (again) for tommorows investors meeting

First observation: if perhaps not quite qualifying as ‘new’ information, Moti’s intro identified of course, the core areas that the Company will focus on going forward - no real surprises there - but then laid out clearly all the businesses/business units that are now designated for sale and thus will not see any new investment. As far as I can tell, this is the first time the Company has set this list out officially. Beyond that though, I believe the now ‘lame duck’ group of business represent a majority of the Group’s revenues so I believe marking these for sale demonstrates a higher degree of confidence by management of the Big 3/4 core, higher-margin areas potential to fill the gap.

Yes Paulisi, def increased volumes after the retail event tomorrow. Re todays event, I don't know enough about how institutions operate to know timescales for stock purchase once a company is on their radar

If things go well on the two investor days, we should see increased volumes and potentially a price Jump.

This is the big picture strategy piece so many of us have asked for. They were never going to discuss trading or deals. I’m sure they will paint a bullish picture (it’s hard not to be bullish if you are operating in two exponential growth areas, or three even.) Edge, medical testing, cyber

So connect the dots as to why Telco Systems/Edgility was picked for 911 services.
SECURITY ! Edgility has cyber security that is bundled in at the Edge.
BATM provides cyber security at a Governmental level.
Edgility has won awards and acclaim from Trade magazines repeatedly. The most recent being particularly poignant.
These are massive selling points.

Revenue is generated at multiple levels from licensing to enabled hardware to large company infrastructural solutions and with future AI and autonomous developments.
Every time you read an impact study for Edge solutions the size of the market goes up.
Revenue is starting to trickle in last year saw the first recorded Edgily revenue, BATM are already stating first 3 months exceeded last years total.

FSE I hope tomorrows Capital Markets presentation educates the audience as to be potential BATM has on several fronts. Edgility being central to this growth story. New institutional investors are what we need now. Currently 39% of the shares are held by them, and with low stock liquidity any new interest will translate in to a rapidly rising share price
