Agreed Resistance, one would be a fool to at least not dabble within a few shares. I'm definitely putting my hand in the pocket and buying.

It was actually 4.25m shares done in 2 clips all at 20.5p. One seller, one buyer. As always,, the trader/broker involved managed to double-count so that it appears to be twice as big at 8.5m. This order has been working for around a week and included the 1m sold yesterday at 21.75p. It is a pretty significant overhang that is now cleared

2 massive sells just gone through, wonder who is selling it's almost 1.75% of the company, RNS?

You need to give him some time (as pointed out above). Personally I believe Moti has done a good job so far as CEO. You cannot expect the company to go full circle in a matter of months, these things take time. Neverthless, the exponential growth in Edgility shows that this division, as well as the share price, will continue to grow over the coming years.

I don't comment on Mr Angry's screeds anymore - or hardly anything that doesn't impact directly on either valuation or corporate strategy or trading in the market - but honestly, could this guy be any less self-aware? The new CEO has been in the job for barely 100 days - less than 4 bleedin' months for crissake - and the guy thinks - nay, INSISTS - that the only way forward for the Company is to replace him. And he wonders why someone reckons he's a loser? Jiminey

Yesterday Car1pet you called for management change, which isn’t going to happen any time soon. You also called for a strategic plan. The key takeout and main positive from the annual report was the Q&A where it was stated that a strategic review was/has been undertaken. The review would cover both disposals and acquisitions. Therefore this is one of your two key demands satisfied. The review has of course to be implemented and none of us are aware of its findings as yet. It seemed though that everything was on the table.

I'm a loser on this share along with everyone else unless you bought sub 20p in which case well done. Perhaps you could explain what you mean by "loser brigade" as I don't understand what you mean. Why do posters get personal? I comment on the company and that's it. I have been consistent for years in my views with my issue being the senior management of the company which has proved to be incompetent and needs to be replaced. Marom has finally been replaced which should have happened years ago. The new CEO is Marom 2.0 and needs to be replaced. All IMO DYOR

Bit more from the industry about the TMC-3352 which apparently fills a useful void. Also a reminder that Telco do design and sell hardware. Revenue from Edge solutions will come from enabled hardware as well as software solutions.
Cyber bundling is getting a lot of attention also.
The revenue streams for Edge solutions are looking much clearer.

Edge networking companies link above.

..... and finally to keep you all occupied an article by Ziv Koren (chief product officer Telco systems)

yeah echo they piled in 3m trades in the end ;-)
Lot to digest in here...

Unless I am very mistaken in addition to the decent update regarding Cemex and others Telco systems integrated the INF upgrades they had only recently announced into the platform.
This is going to and apparently already has widened the applications considerably.
Also not mentioned in this update is the heavy demand they have been experiencing from recently rolled out hardware.

this is what the update is referring to...

Mansfield, MA, April 3, 2023- Telco Systems today introduced Edgility Network Functions, integrated into the latest release of Edgility, the smart virtualization platform for edge computing. Edgility’s Integrated Network Functions (INFs) layer offers a full feature set developed to significantly reduce the costs involved in deploying a considerable number of edge devices across massively distributed sites. The INF layer is designed to enhance connectivity at the edge, empowering businesses to build and deploy next-generation edge computing applications, simply and cost-efficiently.

This latest release of Edgility offers a comprehensive, cost-effective platform with built-in connectivity functionality, that includes virtual Next Generation Firewall (vNGFW), and virtual Router. The integrated connectivity capability enables businesses to considerably lessen investments in additional networking equipment and edge devices, significantly reducing Total Cost of Ownership compared to bundling costly Cisco devices with external virtual functions from Fortinet, Juniper and others. The platform offers seamless connectivity for data exchange and transmission between stand-alone sites, data centers, and network components, enabling the creation of workloads for edge computing.

“We are thrilled to introduce Integrated Network Functions as part of Edgility,” said Ziv Koren, Chief Product Officer, Telco Systems. “Connectivity is a critical element of a successful edge computing deployment, that usually incurs substantial additional costs. With this release we continue to empower our customers to break free from costly legacy solutions, seamlessly connect all network components and significantly simplify the complexities of edge computing. We look forward to continuing this platform expansion with additional integrations.”

Edgility’s Integrated Network Functions provide businesses with the flexibility and scalability to build and manage edge computing deployments that can be customized to meet their specific requirements. The vNGFW enhances network security by protecting against cyber threats, while the vRouter enables businesses to optimize their network performance by managing and directing traffic flows to ensure efficient and reliable communication between devices and applications.

As more and more devices are connected to the network at the edge, businesses require a comprehensive and scalable solution that can manage the increasing volume of traffic and data flows. Edgility brings the cloud experience to the edge by simplifying the deployment, operation, and lifecycle management of complex workloads, across diverse site environments, and connecting them through any network to any data center or cloud provider.

Accelerating the roll out is a clear sign of the quality of the product. On top of this, the exponential growth in revenue from Edgility highlights the fact that there is still plenty of room to grow for this division. With BATM expecting lots of orders from CityFibre it looks BATM will have a good year.

actually BATM had 116M revenue last year and made a profit......
as paulisi points out Edgility sales are very high margin and in the case of recurring license fees more so.........

I do agree that the listings should be sorted out its untidy IMO.
Telco should go to NASDAQ when opportune......
