Very positive today, faith was on the fence post but now I am reinvigorated - a positive 10% increase now that the big sellers have subsided and the effects of the buyback have shone through.

I didn’t think there was enough volume for the buyback to squeeze into. Couldnt see any decent blocks. You could of course be right…

Very positive day for BATM, up 7.14% today. I hold strong to my initial statement - BATM are in a great position to capitalise once macro economic conditions improve, consistent deals and share buybacks are very positive signs.

First off, I assume you meant 'buyback', Resistance. Second, why would you say there were 'none' repurchased today? We won't know officially about today until tomorrow of course, but this morning there was the usual RNS for yesterday, and in fact, Shore Cap were reasonably active today so its almost certain that the Company made another purchase for the buyback as per 'usual'.

I hope todays close is the turning of the corner. Let’s see if we hold or uptick tomorrow. All we need now is some deal news and perhaps a directors open market buy or two. I note no buy back today, maybe something to do with the AGM or perhaps that’s it for a bit?

Hi kooba talk about rubber stamped, they probably wrote the RNS before the AGM even started, hoping for some more buying action, although were in holiday mode so usually thin volumes?

At least you had the opportunity to vote.I hold through Interactive Investors and have not received any voting form. Last time I queried it they said the company had not notified them.

Shocked i tell you..shocked.Well not really who the hell wants to travel abroad just before Christmas..or in the middle of Hanukkah its a time for family. If its anything like the last investor presentation no opportunity to ask anything anyway i would imagine..no statement just a rubber stamp job i imagine. Though voting levels wil be interesting.Any feedback you do get would be smashing !

AGM has started.Since no statement out there appears no comment.Should get results later ..be interesting what the vote against is on renumeration and the option proposals. If LO are to be pro active in improving Governance then they should vote against as a shot across the bows..but doubt they will.

The MM accumulates stock during the day on pre set parameters and then books the trade out on the close.As to what those parameters are is somewhat confusing in terms of % of volume..seems to vary quite a bit. But we have seen buy back purchases booked out at the end of the day before..what appears though is that the amount bought back is declining irrespective of market volume.

The 200,000 was bought at 16.27 yesterday in one trade. Most buybacks I've watched are bought throughout the day. 22.488 was the highest price paid in the day.
At this rate its 1m per week, will run beyond Q2 next year. So as someone said if Marom, LO or Herald are buying we'll see an RNS declaring the change to their holdings.Maybe there is a buyer out there hoovering up cheap shares. The buying is not increasing the price at the moment

Well resistance, since we've had no reaction to what seems like a below bid trade and the screen price remains well bid above that price at 22.25p, I think we can safely assume that the bargain was either a late booked trade from yesterday or for some other reason, is not particularly relevant.
