If not, BATM should delist TASE and list on NASDAQ. Given the markets are sweet on good healthcare, incl Covid, and tech stocks, both BATM's business models, the share price performance has been rather pedestrian of late. I know it's ZVI's style to concentrate on the business but I wonder if a younger, more dynamic CEO could be found to promote both?

FWIW I did not get the impression that it was a deal as such but that after running successful POC they were co operating on upgrading UCPE (white boxes) which are now being deployed.
For any doubters !!! The above link is from ARM site on the Vodafone business.

Finally an independent viewpoint detailing the significance of this alliance.
The POC was completed. " Vodafone completed a Proof of Concept (POC) uCPE trial lead by Telco Systems and supported by partners Arm and NXP Semiconductor. "



As far as I understand the Asian business is nothing to do with Vodafone/ARM/Telco.
The Asian company are using an Intel platform and are deploying NVFTime on their UCPE
NFVTime will run on Intel and ARM architecture and is apparently the only solution that will do so.
This in turn means companies do not have to trash existing equipment and in many cases can integrate the new in with the old. It would have a considerably more cost effective outcome.

They announced a POC with Vodafone and others after Vodafone released it and they announced a contract with a tier 1 customer based in Asia.We assume they are different, but are they? We have no feedback on the other 4 tier 1 customers who did POC testing.

Haven't seen anywhere "A Deal" being signed with Vodafone. We know there was a POC completed successfully .... but haven't seen a deal as such.

Of interest to shareholders is the comment that they don't need the money at the moment although he does not rule out a float on NASDAQ probably split off Telco. I cant see any reason for listing the medical side as its an amalgamation of several divisions that operate autonomously albeit in related fields.

Marom also warns against the escape of productive activity from Israel. Marom noted that the corona kits developed by BATM also identify the British corona mutation, and will be able to identify the South African one and other mutations that may emerge in the future through various adjustments. Telco systems NFVTime has the advantage of seamless architecture with both ARM and Intel platforms and the ability for scalability and introduction into existing networks.
Often referred to as network orchestration.
NFV is "now" considered an industry standard.
5G Networks will employ this standard so there is a lot to play for here.

“In addition, NFVTime is undergoing evaluation with several leading network operators and multi-service providers worldwide. These evaluations are at an advanced stage.”

We have heard only of NFV incorporation in white goods AFAIK.

NIPT screening is actually a really large business. For those of you who remember Vialogy/Premaitha/YourGene companies rose and fell if they were able/unable to come up with a test.
Several countries will pay for NIPT testing and I believe it costs in the $550 per test range.
The NIPT tests largely replaced amniosynthesis and the risks entailed albeit I am not sure what the diagnostic status is now.....

Pretty flat on TASE today ... Israel has rolled out a rapid vaccination process so we should see what the results of that are sooner than anywhere else.
Too bad the government still has not understood that achieving herd immunity is boosted by exposure to the virus with the healthier sector of the population ( ie younger) coupled with a vaccine will get them the numbers they need.

Ironically the need, or the desire I should say, for testing to carry on is carrying on unabated.
I would expect testing to be a mainstay of infectious disease management in the future.BATM rapid, accurate, constantly updated testing and "in situ" is a game changer for the future. The handling from food plants to airport testing is a comprehensive sensible set of tools available to Governments, should they choose to listen to the experts. I constantly hear politicians saying they are guided by science yet they censored any experts whose views contradicted their own agenda.

Also infuriating are predictions of incredibly high numbers required to achieve full herd immunity. Its the same dodgy mathematical calculations done with no peer reviews that have already done so much damage.
No one seems to want to comment on the seriousness (life threatening) nature of the the new strain which itself is only an "expected" mutation from the original variant which itself was only a variant of Coronavirus which has mutated since before the dawn of man. OMG.
