13/2/2023 15:12 | Thanks kemche will take a look on the Apple front ..it is something Echo has also alighted to ..so believe it or not you are singing from the same sheet! Certainly A want to move away from any reliance on S so having their own displays using N tech whilst avoiding Samsung could be a thing. On me hols so will look when back. | ![]() kooba
13/2/2023 13:33 | echoridge - 11 Jan 2023 - 09:14:40 - 22402 of 22461 Batm Advanced - A New Beginning - BVC kooba - re your Q on other board. I'm not sure if you meant the 3 choices to be mutually exclusive, but I think any settlement will include S being allowed to use N's IP going forward without payment, so that's why I'm hopeful of a cash payment in excess to what the market is calculating currently, but not as high as 4/500m. Meantime, have you seen this announcement from Apple today/yest that it plans to start using its own custom displays in mobile devices as early as next year, meaning S and LG are adversely affected? One big holder of N reckons its material news for both N and IQE, the latter now trading at 52-week highs. I'm surprised no one has picked up on it yet. The N-STM-APPLE hookup is a very real (bc it was so close to happening once) upside for the core business. AGAIN: apologies to everyone else for using this board momentarily for another share. | ![]() kemche

10/2/2023 14:28 | What about me ..i'm up for a strategic review of structure refocusing the business on high growth areas and divesting non core interests. Its because i don't play nice with others isn't it.Currently watching Fauda on Netflix ..cracking Israeli show if anyone interested. | ![]() kooba
10/2/2023 13:49 | let's you and I volunteer, resistance | ![]() echoridge
10/2/2023 13:26 | Getting external consultants to review this would be the logical 1st step, and send positive signals to the market of changes and associated value uprating coming down the track. | ![]() resistance1

10/2/2023 12:11 | I think consolidating interest in the bio side would be a very good thing..the shareholder structure does not lend to a straightforward and focused approach whilst the companies all work together and seem to complement a wide diagnostic offering to customers ...if there was some way of simplifying into a more single structure would be good..noting ZVI is still Chair of ADOR.Would the bio side with ADOR make a better investment proposition separately ? The Telco/Edgility side together with cyber makes a sensible under one roof ( owning 100%) vehicle. Both could go off well funded both with significant existing revenues and high growth inflection products.Would these business separately command higher values? | ![]() kooba
10/2/2023 11:13 | Those are indeed the major fundamental issues, kooba, but I’m just as curious/excited about what Moti might address re partly undoing the Company’s unwieldy structure, which I think is a significant impediment to the share price trading nearer its ‘true’ value already. Announce, for instance, that you’re consolidating some divisions, maybe selling off another, focusing the overall Group on XYZ, expanding the marketing team while cutting some middle management, etc, and I think you can start to attract some new institutional interest (especially out of Israel where of course, it’s been pitiful) before you even get to operational imperatives. (After all, they’re already halfway there having had Zvi step down from an executive role!) | ![]() echoridge
10/2/2023 09:48 | They should definitely be in close period now and hopefully will announce the date of results shortly. Really is a big one for Moti not so much explaining the disappointing 2022 but in where we go from here and putting some realistic timing to expectation and guidance on a number of areas..companies cannot stay at inflection point forever and to improve the rating the company needs to get the market to believe there is real traction on the new offerings from ADOR and Edgility and some momentum in revenue growth. There also needs to be some convincing that the awarded"highly visible" $25m bio contract will indeed land in the form of a signed contract at some point as I believe that now forms part of current year expectation. Unfortunately the idea of it slipping into 2023 gets more stretched as time goes on. | ![]() kooba
10/2/2023 09:31 | There's a buyer or 2 floating around. Not aggressive on price (yet) but sizes are in the 1/4-1/2m range. Given recent progress in Cyber and the upbeat messages from Adaltis and Telcos already noted here AND how cheap these shares are after taking out cash and real estate, the forward-looking guidance/game plan/(hopefully new) strategic direction from our new CEO that will inevitably just precede or accompany last year's results, has a real chance to turbo charge a share price that is clearly languishing after a decent bounce from its oversold levels. Again, I've no idea why the buyback stalled again, but the upside to that is that cash balances will have been bolstered of course, and that - along with the operating progress across multiple divisions - is more likely to attract some genuine institutional investors than otherwise. Let's hope so. | ![]() echoridge
