23/1/2023 19:17 | I am sure he will be on it once the holiday decorations have been put away. Interesting article on their twitter feed showing the synergies between the medical/diagnostics and Edge Computing. Synergies between the Networking and Medical appeared somewhat opaque initially, but with Edge services essentially triaging the diagnostics platform, and then pairing the results with a treatment, are becoming more obvious. It's also partly an outcome of earlier work on neural networks which are basically self learning hybrid algorithms which find the preferred route and then remember it .... this all seems so much more encompassing. | ![]() fse

17/1/2023 15:33 | Told LO not a seller today ..finished or pausing i don't know ! | ![]() kooba
17/1/2023 14:16 | kooba - I don't know wha kind of deal they've struck obviously, but this feels like a bottom in the LO-led fall. First time since the first RNS that I've seen, the share price looks like its genuinely trying to make a bottom. | ![]() echoridge
17/1/2023 13:05 | After 20 years, 50m would be an outrage | ![]() echoridge
17/1/2023 13:02 | Thanks for thoughts..you can see my posts on it ..i think the way they have behaved is ill advised having had a guy on the board only 4 months ago and the historic information including details of funding contract they have.If a net settlement is accepted giving £50m i think the company could be seriously accused of misleading investors..including those who stumped up not long ago at 37p and it would in no way meet any expectation of what an acceptable pre trial settlement would look like. Like you i think to get agreement would need to be far higher otherwise would have to be back to court surely where samsung risk multiples for wilful infringement and rolling royalty..can't think N position so weak.Suppose we will know within 20 days. | ![]() kooba
17/1/2023 12:35 | Bottom-line, I think the Company has left a hands-off mandate with Shore, though obviously can't know the precise mandate. On price however, I'm sure the essence of the mechanics are very much along the lines of what you've shared, so I would hope to see the Company back in the market (very) soon. Otherwise, we have to assume that Shore have more latitude on engaging in the market than I would have thought. On that other name, kooba, the price is getting pretty distressed. I think perhaps a 'net to the Company' of as low as 50m is circulating, which is around 15p and so there's still selling down here as that would leave you valuing the the core business at over 15p, which many are not willing to do without further info on STM, etc. However, that 'rumour' is so obviously the result, at least in part, of lots of smart guys working backwards from the share price and that share price is equally obviously massively impacted by LO's constant selling. Sooooo, because LO has been selling for some time for some time, I am continuing to believe (I'm in the minority big time on that, I realise) that this is largely the continuation of a major de-risking in the position that started last summer and does not reflect any view they may have, and certainly not based on any privileged info as some of the bears have suggested on the boards. Thus I think the share price has fallen too far. The 2 RNSs did one major thing and that was to increase liquidity in the shares for a few days and I reckon that's why LO accelerated their selling around those dates and so, I further think, that when these guys are done, the share price will bounce hard all things being equal. | ![]() echoridge
17/1/2023 11:20 | Its not impossible though that they have been over 105% of the 5 day trailing value but that shold have unwound by now i would have thought. See if they do anything today otherwise we are back to because they don’t want to..or imminent ( within a week and highly likely) further news. Not liking NANO echo..turning into a mess of a market with LO actions. | ![]() kooba
17/1/2023 11:17 | To be fair i didn't really understand their stipulations when the sought authority but where they are today would not prevent the company being active I'm pretty sure.the maximum price (excluding expenses) which may be paid for each ordinary share is the higher of:1.2.1 105 per cent of the average market value on the London Stock Exchange of an ordinary share in the Company for the five business days immediately preceding the day the purchase is made; and1.2.2 the value of an ordinary share calculated on the basis of the higher of the price quoted for:1.2.2.1 the last independent trade of; and1.2.2.2 the highest current independent bid for,any number of the Company's ordinary shares on the trading venue where the purchase is carried out. | ![]() kooba
17/1/2023 09:45 | My take is that the Co didn't like or want the Sp down at 20p so therefore finally started the buyback to kickstart a small recovery, then they've obviously stopped again. I have been involved with quite a few share buybacks with stock I own and this has been the most frustrating/strange of them all. Perhaps the Co wanted to pacify unhappy shareholders, although no doubt echo will have a more convoluted ramping slant. We need to give Moti time to show what he's made of and hopefully news of the contract that's stuck in the works.. | ![]() gbenson1
17/1/2023 09:44 | That might be the case kooba, or it might be that since the share price has rallied pretty rapidly from their first purchases to the current level, if Shore Cap are using some kind of trailing VWAP calculation for the top price they can pay, then we might have to wait a few more sessions for that calculation to catch up to the market price at which point they could start buying again. | ![]() echoridge
17/1/2023 09:07 | Quite aggressive buybacks up to the 21st Dec then nothing..its not the way companies normally do these things but BATM are hardly normal. They have only completed 10% of the approved share repurchase having 4,495,000 Ordinary Shares now held in treasury and seem to have put the brakes on again. It may be because the price no longer is attractive but since they asked for shareholder approval and it formed part of board strategy to add value above 50p ..and the company has just received a significant order one must doubt it's that. Are they finally getting close to the $25m testing contract? Can only hope. | ![]() kooba
14/1/2023 21:55 | Long term fan of Jeff Becks actually and the cause of death really does highlight that this is a serious disease which is fatal if it's not diagnosed in "very" early stages. You don't have days it's a matter of hours. It's apparently with current tests hard to differentiate from other ailments. ADOR Diagnostics will not only give rapid results but will also be able to match the treatment with the condition WHO (and I dont mean the band echo) considered it to an area that needed to be given more attention. | ![]() fse

14/1/2023 16:13 | wow fse, citing the sudden death of a cult musician as a demonstration of the need for one of BATM's 'moonshot' products. I'm not sure if that's really dark or kinda gangster. Maybe both.... | ![]() echoridge
13/1/2023 16:25 | CNN — After contracting bacterial meningitis, legendary rock guitarist Jeff Beck died Wednesday at the age of 78 FSE> Take away from this is that it is vital to diagnose this rapidly and accurately. It's one of the first treatment panels ADOR set up. Meningitis effects can deteriorate very rapidly and in Jeff Becks case the diagnosis was too slow to help him and it took his life in a short period of time. ADOR Diagnostics. SIMULTANEOUS DETECTION & IDENTIFICATION OF UP TO 14 PATHOGENS FROM A SINGLE CSF SAMPLE A “one-stop-shop -------------------- Meningitis / Encephalitis is a medical emergency requiring rapid diagnosis (IVD) and an immediate transfer to the proper treatment.
