22/12/2022 20:13 | Imagine buyers knew Jefferies were the source of stock and have bid them..sort of confirms the seller is done that they are now trying to put business together by advertising for stock. | ![]() kooba
22/12/2022 19:21 | Top of the 'You Couldn't Make it Up' list, BATM, 2022: Jefferies were looking for blocks today for a buyer. | ![]() echoridge

22/12/2022 09:43 | A supply demand imbalance and hopefully now competitive bidders with no supply. Thanks for that update. They certainly could gap up to nearer 30p level quite easily..i did add a few a couple of days ago just above 23p as they looked like they were going through that level..only to slip back as the seller returned. Hopefully now all done one would hope anyone wanting out has exited and there should be precious little overhead resistance. If there is some news flow early q1 could have a more meaningful recovery. Company still needs to work hard on IR to regain confidence and we are overdue updates on ADOR route to market and the commercial applications promised by the cyber division. The many irons in fires approach certainly means this is not a one trick pony like many technology plays but sometimes wonder whether this means lack of concentrated focus across divisions…be good if there was some competitive delivery from telco , bio and cyber see who can have a blow out 2023. Much to play for and much to prove..risk reward down here is certainly with the bulls. | ![]() kooba

22/12/2022 09:06 | Hopefully, we've reached a point where reviewing the market flows will be the most exciting thing to do with the trading side of BATM (ie, far less drama from block sellers working through clueless brokers) and the Company can generate most of the daily heat and light in the markets via operating business updates and transactions. In that spirit, I would just highlight that Singers is showing a large-ish bid in the inside market (they started the day bidding for 100k at just above 24p and have now moved that up to 24.7p or so as the price has risen) for the first time since they were working their big buyer at 30/31p and Jefferies appeared on the scene and started selling aggressively. In addition, Singers have been joined by Shore Cap who are now also showing decent size just above the bid after, as Resistance correctly pointed out, they were unable to buy any in yesterday's thin trading. This could mean that Shore Cap are being forced to be a bit more aggressive. Meantime, the offer side 'in size' (ie., 50k or more) is the thinnest I've seen it in some time | ![]() echoridge

21/12/2022 22:40 | '..your response didn't seem to have anything to do with my post and that's why I found it odd.' But you still mistakenly took it as me trying to wind you up..it's that easy !!So did the old guy happen to mention exactly where he saw the value that Zvi has created..from a shareholder perspective you would have done far better with the money on deposit and the company's value is far below funds raised and losses made. Perhaps the value is in the much talked about IP..IP is only really worth something if it can be employed to build a sustainable business that has a competitive advantage that can command pricing power to attain decent margins. Much IP can soon be redundant if not exploited in a timely manner before it is overtaken.BATM seem to be in the right areas to leverage off their technology for now ..but the company has been here a fair few times before I seem to remember.Anyway I'm sure this time will be different...onwards and upwards. | ![]() kooba
21/12/2022 21:54 | Ha...so here's the thing(s): The closing auction issue has nothing whatever to do with the market structure or market makers, order-driven or otherwise, so your response didn't seem to have anything to do with my post and that's why I found it odd. Nothing to do whatever with my thinking its about me. Resistance is right: it is obviously frequently exploited by any number of professional dealers or retail punters, and I pointed it out in this case bc it was material and so shareholders might be a little less disappointed if we give back that 2/3% tomorrow. Far from the most relevant observation ever, but I didn't mean it to be. As for the meeting, there was only one comment from the audience and that was an older, long-term shareholder who took the opportunity to praise Zvi and thank him for the great work he's done and the value he's created for shareholders. | ![]() echoridge

21/12/2022 21:29 | I feel like you're trying wind me up for some reason. When have I ever complained about market makers or any of that stuff, in the way you're implying, like I'm some sort kind of beginner investor? All I did was point out that someone took advantage of the opportunity to juice up the closing auction in a pretty material way. | ![]() echoridge
