I posted the bit about Celare to demonstrate where growth in that sector most likely to come from plus how absurd the valuations are.
BATM sold NGSoft which is hardly the same value as Celare for 30M ....
I would have valued Celare if it came to market on its own with the contracts it has in place probably @50M to $60m.
Celare + BATM cash on hand assuming they hold onto it is pretty close to BATM entire valuation at present.
Forget the rest of the company thats thrown in for free ....

In fact fse, cyber names in the US - which is the only market that counts anymore - have tended to follow the defence stocks and hold up better in this selloff, mainly due to Putin I assume

Looks like this series of investor presentations may be bearing some fruit as I'd hoped. Could do without this miserable market environment, but can't have everything

Dear pockstones please go away. You are serially repetitive.
You don't like the company so don't invest. We don't need protecting from you.
Why are you still around. Unless to gloat.
That really is telling

Dear FSE,
Have a look in the mirror!
And remember you have not answered the corporate governance questions asked on this site despite a 120 posts in the last three months
That is telling

Dear Pockstones ... You are a boring troll who spreads disinformation. If the shares were not falling you would not be here to gloat. Get a life and go bother someone else is best advice.
Surely you have something better to do with your time.
What is the point of you commenting on here at all.

A bit of encouraging trading coming out of Israel for a change. The shares over there have been trading above the UK price for most of the day, but in the last couple hours or so, some decent volume has gone through to reinforce the legitimacy of the move. My screen is delayed, but I have the last trade at IL109.1, but the VWAP so far today is at 110, which is the equivalent of a price of approx 28p. The volume so far over there is around 550k vs near-nothing in London.

Pockstones..these are not new observations and i never said the relationship with Shore Capital where Zvi serves as a long term director was corrupt ! I don't think it is appropriate. Most companies tend to change their advisors as the company develops or just to freshen up the approach to investors and the market..Shore floated the company in mid 1990's and is still on the books now..Zvi has been on the board of Shore for over 10 years. Not always the most healthy relationship as there is not deemed any independence between the two. Unsure whether Zvi takes renumeration from Shore. The company has much to prove in the second half..or really that should be Q4 as we approach October. It still seems very quiet on subsidiary product updates and orders..last year there seemed to be multiple rns's a month. Telco has a pilot and ADOR nothing , they were the great hope for this year and need to kick in to demonstrate new growth avenues.

Dear Kooba,
Thank you you have just raised further corporate governance issues the non ownership of shares by the cfo after eight years in the job and the corrupt relationship between the CEO and his corporate advisers.
If governance questions go unanswered they should preface any comment about the business to mangle Warren Buffets words you want a management with intelligence energy and integrity and if you do not have the last you will lose your money because the other two will rob you.
Other commentators seek to bury the governance debate which should be read as a huge red flag. These questions cannot be asked once and then forgotten about they need to be asked again and again until they are answered in the interim this is a dubious speculation at best

Saw this earlier this week in ISP Review. Once the initial CityFibre deal is announced, clearly the opportunity for us shareholders is potentially massive. From my estimation below approx 200,000 business (25% of 800K business target) currently have access to their network but all wont be actually hooked up as yet as it takes a while for them to come on board. Plus the public sector chunk.

CityFibre contracts I assume for Edgility would be announced in block £value on a rolling basis of increasing regularity as large numbers of relevant business users come on board.

ISP article:

Network operator CityFibre has today announced that they’ve covered 2 million UK homes with their new gigabit-capable Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband ISP network (up from 1.9m in August), which represents 25% of their 8 million target. Better yet, they passed the second million some three times faster than their first million.

The achievement forms part of the company’s£5bn+ (debt and equity) programme to cover up to 8 million premises – across around 285 cities, towns and villages (c.30% of the UK) – with full fibre by the end of 2025 (here).

This is also expected to include coverage for over 800k businesses, 400k public sector sites and 250k 5G access points. The operator states that they’re now the UK’s “second largest full fibre network. Overall the operator is currently building at a rate of over 100,000 premises passed per month across 75 metropolitan areas and they’re still ramping-up.

In the meantime though..i haven't seen any responses from those who have claimed to have the full Adaltis accounts for 2020 as to how they got them if from what StR posted they are not available through any normal source . Perhaps that could be cleared up?

The thing is pockstones i have raised corporate governance issues around the ever smiling ceo mostly his term in office and delivering returns to shareholders. I’ve also recently pointed out that the CFO owns not a single share having been in position for 8 years. I’ve also pointed out the overly close relationship between Zvi and the financial advisors /brokers. Just shouting governance issues without any supporting evidence of any malfeasance is not really challenging anything. If your thoughts are entirely based on someone else’s homework without backing anything up yourself then thats fine but no point in shouting at the board if you are not prepared to bring any originality and it did raise concerns for me too..however i would not discuss its content on here as it was not my work. My understanding was there was an internal enquiry into said allegations and all is fine. Does that give me total comfort ..nope.should they tidy up their act and simplify the structure ..yep. Should there be clear succession planning …yep. Is anyone prepared to discuss company failings nope.
So re governance if you have something new to bring to the table happy to discuss ..in the meantime i am going to try to focus on looking at the public information available and keep a wary eye out for any further red lights. I am hoping the company is as shocked as its shareholders by the price action and determines to prove the market wrong and do something about it.

Dear Emeraldzebra,
If FSE and Kooba could debate corporate governance rather than engaging in theological discussions as to how many fairies can dance on a pinhead this board could make progress
Sadly as company hacks they seek merely to paper over the real issues around the governance of this company

Crypt : Seems a little extreme and rather unkind. I think most of them are trying hard to make sense of a very challenging and difficult situation - and many have most a lot, on paper anyway. A bit of disagreement between contributors is actually very healthy, and points are made, and proved / disproved by events or lack of them.
