10/11/2021 07:01 | BATM Advanced Communications Ld BATM receives $3.5m cyber security contract BATM receives $3.5m cyber security contract BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that it has been awarded a cyber security contract worth $3.5m and expects to receive the full value in 2022. The contract is with the Group's long-standing government defence department customer. The Group will provide hardware and software as part of its network cyber security solution. Dr Zvi Marom, CEO of BATM, said: "We are delighted to have received a further order for this cyber solution from our long-standing defence department customer as the momentum in this part of the business continues. In the last five months, we've been awarded over $17m in cyber contracts as governments resume investment in cyber solutions following the temporary diversion of resources during the pandemic. We believe we have a unique best-in-class solution, but at the same time we continue to innovate to expand the applications of our cyber products. We remain very excited for the prospects of our cyber business and expect further orders in the near future." Enquiries: | ![]() wizzkid211

09/11/2021 14:32 | Price opened lower today on extremely low volume on TASE someone sold literally a handful of shares with no buys it’s important for investors to recognize these movements on no volume. It throws up a false perception | ![]() fse
09/11/2021 14:21 | Post deleted bad link The cyber security arm has been quiet of late but I would expect to hear much more as solutions are offered in a bundled package. Telco systems direct access to Celare will become much more relevant moving forwards. It’s a huge plus to have a security company on tap so to speak. | ![]() fse
04/11/2021 17:41 | Few more details coming out about the Recent contract. Apparently it was won against stiff competition and given the sophistication of the French Telco industry this is significant. Also all of this has been developed “in house” with no dilution to shareholders. Telco systems as a result are going to be hard to beat on price. The technical side has already been through rigorous POC. | ![]() fse
04/11/2021 10:47 | The licences are fairly cheap at around 5 dollars per year. | ![]() paulisi
03/11/2021 17:42 | There are numerous products associated with egility formerly NFVTime from cyber to hardware inclusion plus Telco systems own hardware also IOT will herald in other avenues. It’s a very encompassing set of solutions. Remember this has been almost 10 years in the planning. Also the tie up with ARM architecture is compelling plus it will run on intel or arm. | ![]() fse

03/11/2021 17:11 | Cumnor - I personally don’t want them to delist in uk, as this would prevent me & others holding them in an ISA account. I’ve held these shares for last 20 years and like the tax free benefits the ISA offers. Things certainly seem to be building nicely, fingers crossed there’s a lot more to come. | ![]() boggy
03/11/2021 16:44 | Almost certainly.I expect they will have half a million licences soon and I expect this to be over 10 million in 2 years time. It's a huge market and Telco have an unique product which is reducing costs for the customer. No brainer.... | ![]() paulisi
03/11/2021 16:37 | Interview with Aerial Efrati from Telco Systems Interviewer finished with "We'll probably be hearing from you soon " to which he agreed. More contracts incoming for sure as expected. | ![]() doccash

03/11/2021 14:16 | BATM CEO Dr Zvi Marom said the contract was awarded after a competitive tender. He added: “We are experiencing growing momentum with our Edgility offering as the extensive testing and proof-of-concepts that we have undertaken with potential customers and partners over the last year are transitioning to agreements Patience has been rewarded and more to come | ![]() doccash
03/11/2021 12:26 | Added another 10000 this morning for the SIPP-not trading account-as this is a slow burner but all these little deals are building up to what will be a solid base in no time and once the ball starts rolling the faster these types of RNS should be hitting the wire, and this is just the Telco side of the business. London market giving no credit whatsoever to BATM-UK institutions are woke and hopeless in this regard-which is why I hope ZVI drops the UK listing and moves to Nasdaq ASAP where, unlike in the UK, Israeli companies are welcome and fairly priced as per other similar tech/bio enterprises on the market. In London they appear to be unwelcome, irrespective of how well they are doing. | ![]() cumnor
03/11/2021 11:42 | It looks like up to half the value of Cemex. So worth up to 1 million over 5 yearsThese are the only two contracts announced with expected licence numbers. There are lots of other service providers and tier 1 customers offering this product, but we have no idea of sales yet.I would expect this to be exponential growth. The management team were talking about potential of tens of millions of licences at any one time even hundreds of millions, but I guess this would be a few years down the line.Don't forget, we still have the software to be embedded on chipsets and Telco have added some bolt on services to edgility which will generate revenue. The key thing is that licences have a margin of 85% , so the majority of this goes straight to profit and is a huge cash generator. | ![]() paulisi
03/11/2021 10:22 | That's possibly £600k per year from latest deal then?? | ![]() owenski
03/11/2021 10:18 | Ok, thanks for that. | ![]() owenski
03/11/2021 09:39 | You can work out the value of the licence from the Cemex deal. They advised value and number of licences. 2 million revenue on 100k licences per month over 5 years. | ![]() paulisi
03/11/2021 08:51 | "Nice deal - even put numbers in so expecting several million in revenue over the 5 years and virtually all on the bottom line." What numbers? There were no financial numbers only potential license numbers mentioned, what is the revenue value of a license? | ![]() owenski
03/11/2021 08:42 | We could do with another proactive investor interview with Zvi focusing on the fact that new contracts for Edgility now are essentially printing money. We are past bigging up the technology and benefits for the company using this and now could benefit from the City noticing the cash growth potential. | ![]() doccash |
