Along with many investors who follow this platform i think that LSE fails to properly value the potential of tech company's. The shares are volatile due to the short termism speculative nature of the investors unlike the Nasdaq where investors appear to have a longer term perspective.

Strategic partnership for Network Function Virtualisation

BATM's Telco Systems subsidiary partners with albis-elcon for joint offer for tier 1 customers

BATM (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a leading provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions and medical laboratory systems, announces that its Telco Systems subsidiary has formed a strategic partnership with albis-elcon, a supplier of networking products and systems to communications service providers in the telecommunications industry, to jointly offer the Group's network function virtualisation ("NFV") solution, which represents a further route to market.

The Group's NFVTime virtualisation technology has been integrated into albis-elcon's new service delivery platform, uSphir, and optimised for operating with albis-elcon's products and systems for network management. uSphir has been developed to enable telecommunications operators to create virtual software-based networks (using BATM's operating system), which will allow them to quickly deploy virtualised business services to their end customers, that operate seamlessly with their existing network management systems and hardware provided by albis-elcon. In accordance with BATM's revenue model for NFVTime, it will receive a monthly license fee for each end point deployed by a customer.

With support from Telco Systems, albis-elcon has commenced marketing uSphir to its customer base, which primarily consists of tier 1 telecommunications operators in Europe and Latin America. These are new geographies for BATM's networking business, which focuses on the US market.

Telco systems recently upgraded its website and they are now rolling out NFVTime solutions. One of the issues here has been pandemic related delays which has slowed up deployments. That appears to be changing and devices that are virtually plug and play are moving. One caveat here is that serious revenue from NVFTime is still just around the corner. The good news is that they have established themselves as a very serious player in this rapidly evolving sector.

Point here is that they have gone from development and endless POC's to sales.

Price dropping again. Just need to hold tight and wait, this is under priced.Hopefully the NFV revenues will start to pick up with restrictions in the US and some regions being lifted.

I'm wondering if pneumonia rapid test may be the next project. This would be an even bigger market than TB...There are various tests for pneumonia - blood tests, x rays, sputum tests.

What a time to try to dispose of shares... over Easter, Passover and Israeli elections.
It does add fuel to my suspicion that there is a large holder in Israel one of the institutional holders that has been divesting of shares for quite a while now as the weakness seems to start in Israel not LSE.
This holder could be disposing for no reason related to BATM current position. They likely have/had gains and need to raise liquidity.
This is happening at a time where BATM is very much a Hold for many and they are not going to add until the bottom is hit so there is no real impetus to Buy other than they are IMO undervalued.
The backdrop news is excellent and the new websites suggest a much larger company in the making. Unfortunately BATM share price does not run to any logical form. FWIW.

Added: I do not know if TASE is under the same company restrictions as LSE where changes in holdings that cross thresholds have to be reported ? ie we probably cant tell if an Israeli holder on TASE is selling/reducing.
