28/3/2021 19:53 | TT Electronics plc ("TT") notes today's rise in the share price and provides an update on evaluation trials in the UK of Virolens(R), a rapid COVID-19 screening device for which TT is the exclusive manufacturing partner. TT understands that the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority ("MHRA"), which is responsible for ensuring that medical devices meet applicable standards of safety, quality and efficacy, is in the final stages of registering Virolens for use and sale in Great Britain. Revenues to TT from the sale of Virolens following final MHRA registration would be dependent on iAbra's potential end customers in Great Britain converting expressions of interest into firm orders. A high proportion of the commercial interest in Virolens to date has been outside of Great Britain and any revenues resulting from this interest require further regulatory approvals in those territories. There continues to be a wide range of potential commercial outcomes and hence no certainty as to the financial impact on TT. | doccash
28/3/2021 14:20 | Virolens is very dubious! Check out the reports | krutt
27/3/2021 10:32 | Apologies - Heathrow testing this 20s lateral test. | paulisi
26/3/2021 22:50 | I can't recall BATM in for a contract at Heathrow. Most interest and sales are in Europe. The world is a massive market with massive opportunities for Covid and respiratory pathogen testing in a variety of settings. | doccash
26/3/2021 22:24 | Yes you are. The saliva test is more about detecting variants and levels of antibodies. Just look at the specifics. In any event there is plenty of demand here to support numerous companies | fse
26/3/2021 22:16 | Am i?BATM targeting airports and large sporting events and so is this 98% lateral test that produces results in 20s.Heathrow are testing it. | paulisi
26/3/2021 22:11 | paulisi... you are comparing apples and oranges. | fse
26/3/2021 20:24 | A freshly approved and fully recyclable 20-second Covid-19 test is set to be distributed across the UK and Europe, London-based distribution company HISTATE has said this morning. The rapid test, known as Virolens, has been approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for use and sale in the UK. Seems a lot more accurate than the current lateral tests and may make BATM's saliva PCR test irrelevant. | paulisi
26/3/2021 18:19 | If you want to lay some of the blame somewhere look no further than Shore Capital. I sent a request to Shore Capital recently (Mark Percy/shore cap who is listed as handling BATM) on behalf of a government agency to ask BATM medical to provide an English Speaking rep as they are the company broker. This would act as a go between so we could speak to the appropriate representative rather than end up in general inquiries. We asked if Mr Percy was not the person to contact please provide the correct contact. Shore Capital could not even be bothered to reply to us. This happened with Shore previously and when I finally made a stink about it and posted that they were behaving like this they threatened me. Nice guys. It's not unusual to approach a company broker for assistance for making introductions. I just wonder how many more inquiries and possible clients have been compromised by Shore Cap. | fse
26/3/2021 17:21 | They use proactive investors and have done for some time - BATM pay them to promote. They have also taken on a PR firm in London, Luther Pendragon, but I'm not convinced they have got the message across. They set up a Twitter account and it looks like they have revamped some of the websites. | paulisi
26/3/2021 15:58 | I agree with DocCash remarks ... BATM do regularly update Investors. The frustration is more about UK investors not understanding what BATM as a whole is about and lack of independent coverage. We have the Covid hype to deal with and the understanding that BATM medical solutions are going to be with us for the years ahead not just now. I would expect the medical side to continue growing the business and thats backed up with the situation on the ground. Telco systems is a totally different situation. The business was completely overhauled quite some years back to concentrate on finding software solutions to empower future Telecom Equipment. This is against the backdrop of the emergence of 5G, AI, NFV Telco systems are not winning contracts per se, rather they are entering into partnerships and licensing technology to major Telecom players. They are in advanced stages of POC's and are now starting to see these clients roll out upgrades. Zvi explained that Telco was generating revenue from placement of UCPE (white boxes) then revenue from licensing Cyber and NFVTime. Telco are already receiving revenue from these sources so the game has already begun. I thought the PCCW release was well calculated. They could not announce a large contract to supply X number of whatevers for X amount. Ergo they announce that PCCW Global one of their clients has finished all the POC stage, taken out whatever licenses they need and now incorporating these solutions into their own expansion/upgrade plans. Telco have developments with ARM and NXP and also Netwiz with Oracle and the list goes on. Having said all of that revenue increases in the months ahead are going to be hard to ignore and the likelihood of more announcements pretty much a certainty. | fse
26/3/2021 15:05 | BATM never had good pr because they never spend decent money on pr www.prnewswire.com/n | wizzkid211
26/3/2021 09:41 | Agree, Deeker. I've been here for years-adding and selling so have done very well and still have a big holding and see this as a really decent-multi billion-company in a few years and will stay the course. But what a frustrating shower from the PR point of view-doesn't sing its praises nearly half enough, from the covid developments, lab analysers across the whole infectious disease programme and now this PCCW stuff with Telco-which imo could be huge. But not a whimper from BVC-just a subtle titbit from Telco-rubbish about the 24th and then.......Zilch. Other companies would be banging the drum about these developments and achievements-but not Zvi. Clearly his priorities are elsewhere. Whatever the SP-and it will do well eventually-back to the monotony of waiting while the drones in their PR department wither on the vine. TG for the rest of my portfolio, incl a lot of US gamers/gambling stocks which at least generate a bit of excitement every now and then-unlike BVC. | cumnor
25/3/2021 17:12 | Won't get shaken out. Sure the chart looks good if you got in over a year ago. Apart from a couple spikes the last 6 months is a downward trend. Suppose I'm just cheesed off that I nearly pressed the button for a short term 20% gain mid Feb. Only in for a trade rather than long term holding. With the promising product pipeline I was hoping/expecting a retest of the 140ish high within a few months. May still happen. Just need to be a longer term trade than I anticipated. | deeker
25/3/2021 15:47 | Remote working has accelerated demand for NFVTime the pandemic has slowed deployment. The big take out of this is that NFV has become a standard and Telco have clients. A tie up like this for Telco with such a major player is big news. Don’t forget the alliance with ARM. Is very much alive. Revenue is at early stages of having a huge impact but it’s clearly “started&rdquo Volumes have been very low. Don’t get shaken out. IMO added: might want to look at this PCCW has a market cap of some 38Bn. The announcement re NFV is also on PCCW web site pages Heres another with a few graphics BATM Advanced Communications Ltd @BATMLtd · 3h For PCCW Global, this will ensure diversity in sourcing, lowering overall costs and improving performance over time · 3h With a rapid BYOD onboarding process for any white box, PCCW Global will be able to select devices based on the local availability, reducing the time to activation. · 3h NFVTime features zero touch provisioning that ensures all new white box devices and third party VNFs are configured, up-to-date and fully operational within minutes. | fse
25/3/2021 15:41 | Have a look at the chart 2 spikes with near doubling over short period of time. Will it happen soon. Don't know but my guess as good as yours | doccash
25/3/2021 15:24 | What is your near future? | vago
25/3/2021 14:31 | Well ST from Investor Chronicle says this is a £billion company in the making. Need to double from here. Can't see that happening in the near future | deeker
25/3/2021 12:59 | Ariel Efrati, CEO at Telco Systems, added: " We are proud to welcome PCCW Global as a new customer and provide the technology innovation for its ambitious strategic plans for rolling out NFV services across its international operations. “We are confident that as we continue to develop industry leading virtualized edge solutions, we will further enable PCCW Global to deliver additional innovative services for connectivity, edge computing and 5G applications.” | doccash
24/3/2021 22:41 | It would be good for the company to clarify the revenue stream for this. Otherwise it can easily be passed over by the market.Another reason why Nasdaq listing would be beneficial. More responsive to looking forward at companies potential | doccash
24/3/2021 22:13 | Agree, big news. BATM's tech in action-actually being used to deliver a service to customers for a very important, large telecoms provider. Another CISCO perhaps? | cumnor
24/3/2021 21:57 | Actually this is NEW News insofar as its one thing to make a licensing agreement with a large provider who may or may not use the service and may or may not deploy it in any volume. It's quite another thing for that licensee to announce they are assimilating this in a major step forward. ie. They plan on using it. | fse
24/3/2021 21:51 | This is old news - this was announced in the results RNSSecured first tier 1 customer, PCCW Global, with multi-year licensing agreement | paulisi |
