29/9/2020 22:25 | Nokia was the main equipment and handset provider for orange ,they were eventually bought by france telecom ,became EE and now part of bt ,I worked for all of them over 45 years ,what goes around comes around | rob1ng
29/9/2020 22:13 | Nokia are listed on Telco site as being one of the Global Tier one customer base along with ARM. Obviously they have historic links with Nokia Networks. | fse
29/9/2020 19:48 | so have we got links with nokia. | nellyb
29/9/2020 09:08 | Excellent analysis I'll join you in a massive short Good luck with that.Perhaps you would like to speculate on the price impact of impending news Either another telecom contract or triple test released Upside down cliff perhaps? | doccash
29/9/2020 08:56 | Odd share price action here considering the supposed good news flow. Looks like it's setting up to go of a cliff. | owenski
28/9/2020 20:21 | I've held bvc since the 10 for 1 split when they were 60 quid down to about 6 .i bought lots towards 10p and continued buying ,when they moved up and down and still hold lots ,I have lots of loyds and will buy more if they drop to 20p,I don't feel the same way about bvc anymore ,I will buy IAG when they are a lot cheaper when the second wave takes hold .I think bvc should be much higher but I always did think that anyway | rob1ng
28/9/2020 17:01 | FSE - i could not agree more. Never touched banks or indeed - the retailers. ! | emeraldzebra
28/9/2020 16:02 | I don't understand rob1ing comment either. BATM is a final stage tech play that has been turning the page from development to marketable product. To say you are selling out after a stunning run would be understandable, to say they have lack of performance is perplexing you must be used to making your grocery trips in a Ferrari. I have invested in Banks in the past as a place to park money and bank the dividends during un certain periods. It never went well. My lesson was that unless you follow Banks very closely and know the extent of their higher risk exposure then leave it to the specialists. My views on Brexit and the Governments handling of the Covid outbreak and Neil Ferguson are best kept for less polite threads. Suffice to say I agree Banks are cheap for a reason and could well be NOT cheap enough for the exposure they currently have. | fse
28/9/2020 12:06 | Rob1ng. Thanks. But am little perplexed by your comment “lack of performance” given the great strides that the company has made in the last year particularly, and its share price. | emeraldzebra
28/9/2020 11:09 | Thanks guys | car1pet
28/9/2020 10:18 | The banks are cheap for a reason. They are bailing out coronavirus struggling businesses and the risks are in the price.Brexit is another factor.BATM is a long term holder.Banks are short term markets. | paulisi
28/9/2020 09:58 | No I've been doing this for a long time ,I got dissatisfied with Bvc's performance and lack of dividends, even the retracment from 1.5 doesn't look good .Stiil hoping to get loyds at 20p ,last purchase was 24p | rob1ng
28/9/2020 09:13 | At the weekend I was reading about the strength of the banks and the resumption of their divis. Lloyds is up 3.5% this morning and at under 26p it looks well undervalued. I'm thinking about selling up my remaining BATM and loading up with lloyds. Any views out there. Am I mad? | car1pet
25/9/2020 19:14 | There may be some truth in there being false positives, but we can't ignore the fact that so many older people in care homes and healthy NHS staff have died as a direct result of covid. Although there can be a view that it is no worse then flu and it is probably true for healthy individuals under 50 but it does appear to be more lethal than flu to the over 60s. All i can say is bring on the vaccine asap. I will be first in the queue for a jab. | car1pet
25/9/2020 17:50 | I cant vouch for this news clip but it does reinforce what Marom was going on about false positives being unacceptably high with a lot of the tests in the market simply not being able to differentiate. I feel much easier with this investment knowing that BATM took the moral high ground on all of this. I dont see why Dr Yeadon would have any reason to misinform people . He was the chief science advisor for Pfizer, he also is the CEO and founder of Ziarco Pharma. | fse
24/9/2020 15:46 | Its got nothing to do with the company per se.....yes they are busy. Mkts were due for a major correction, scene in the US with the election, worries in UK over Brexit and LSE, Chaos in Israel. Take your pick. Great buying op for the bold.... which you have to be in this game. all IMO | fse
24/9/2020 15:43 | mr picsous <(;-) | wizzkid211
24/9/2020 15:18 | All seems a bit of a nonsense. I heard stories they are busier than ever....price should be through the roof. lol | emeraldzebra
24/9/2020 15:17 | So Mr wizzkid211, what gives? | picsous
24/9/2020 14:51 | TASE close at 3.15 UK time then the UK price should go up. watch it! | wizzkid211
24/9/2020 14:45 | So so close to £1. | leewain
24/9/2020 13:18 | Thanks all. | emeraldzebra
24/9/2020 12:56 | Tech got hit hard on Nasdaq yesterday and this has fed through to the U.K. and continental tech stocks today. The suggestion might be that if the TASE is closed for a long weekend,it might be as well to take some risk off the table with the Nasdaq looking fragile. You also have to bear in mind that the US election is looming that will encourage profit taking generally. | steeplejack
24/9/2020 12:53 | Short sellers feel empowered to drive price down thinking a few days break from positive RNS Good luck Tick Tock | doccash |
