All housebulders are out of favour at present and are priced in expectation of a fall in house prices which has already started in London.
I own Crest Nicholson and am still above my entry point but not by much anymore as it is down 30% from its high and I am wondering if this is a selling point or a top up point!

More buyers than sellers for days and still the MMs shake the tree! Maybe they have had a big short to fill? Outlook fine for the next few years. You can't import dwellings and plenty of demand with an expanding population.
