18/10/2016 11:09 | the reason the shareprice is falling is because the property market is a speculative bubble fuelled by props and nzirp etc.....there is no shortage of property its just in the wrong hands...at any one time there is a shortage of supply( also effect of props forebearance nzirp etc) but that is changing from what I hear...its a mega bubble and its bursting albeit slowing so far! Average wages for self-employed workers are lower than in 1994-95, researchers say. The Resolution Foundation said that while the UK's self-employed workforce had grown by 45% since 2001-02, their weekly earnings had fallen by £60. It blamed the rise of lower paid jobs and the financial crisis, which had reduced pay rates. | taffee

13/10/2016 02:32 | My opinion, probably totally wrong, is that the market is quite strong at the moment and people have better opportunities to make "fast money" on more speculative companies for the time being. Hence money is going to those places while it can. When/if things turn perhaps the "safer" larger and dividend paying companies like BDEV will come back into favour? As I say could be a load of rubbish but that is my opinion for what it is worth. | lauders
12/10/2016 17:25 | Anyone know what's going on with BDEV? Took the opportunity to top up on the initial dip, dividend soon... Why is it going down? | robbiereliable
