sorry I missed that, calculated a NPV value for them based on 15%

250m P50 x 30% RF = 75mmbls x 15% = 11.25mmbls net to BOIL x $11 boe = £88m / 1.376B shs = 6p

Euclid, it says in the RNS, '...the Company would pay 20% of the well costs (£840,000), plus £6,500 in back costs, to earn a 15% interest in the licence'.

Dont miss UEN, no more than 5,000 shares avaliable online.. They are already asking the full amount again to be filled

At 13m quid its hard to see a downside.

3 - 4 million shares available to the market. This on its own means there is very little available for large chunks. No warrants, no dilution

This will keep rising,

Here is why.

This ticks every box:
Excellent revenue.
Rejected takeover at 250p per share
Debt wiped shortly
Dividend. (5p per share paid in November)
Proved reserves.
2200 bopd production.
Bod have plenty of skin in the game.
Cpr due.
Drilling underway on high cos prospect.
Very small free float of shares.
Few shares in issue.
Well underpinned at a mcap far exceeding what we're currently at.
Exponential upside.
Not on the radar....YET!
Fabulous entry point
Own their own refinery - 30 million US conservative valuation on its own
UEN oil sold at a PREMIUM to brent

Worth reading this over and over again..

No doubt the Directors will be buying a load of shares now!

Indeed. This is now a fantastic buying opportunity. With share price essentially just over cash per share, you are effectively getting exposure to a 250 MMBOE UK based well drilling this year for free. Dowside here is very little and upside is excellent. Any buying around these levels will look like a masterstroke before long. 'BEEP! This vehicle is reversing!'

Very low given the cash position, Sundagas deal is due and looks like they have a partner in the pipeline for block 21.

Portfolio looking half decent.

Good news at last. And I've just received a very courteous e-mail from Mr Butler explaining that this morning's news is the reason he couldn't reply to me earlier and stating that he hopes the news offers some comfort that the company is now moving forward. Fair play to him.

We have a great opportunity with BOIL at the moment if the board make the right decisions.

We now have the funds to drill XX1 if the board believe in it enough. Gas production likely from XX1 - oil maybe only 25% chance.

Invest into another business - O&G or something completely different (as long as it makes money). We could invest in one or two companies.

Third - our long awaited Sundagas prospect.

Get all three of these progressing over the next 3-4 months and this share could become very intertesting again.

We have the cash. We just need the right choices.

Not impressed the board haven't taken shares instead of salaries over the last six non eventful months! Even at that this would mean paying them for the previous 18 non event months also.

What has been done in the last two years, the share price gives you your answer.

Easy money.
