I am fed up with the whole process tbh. I am baffled myself as to how I have allowed myself to acquire as many as I have. Directors look after themselves as did predecessor. After ten years I am a little cynically inclined now.

You would hope so but judging by the fact we haven't had a loan repayment rns this week suggests we're converting it.

Considering the market cap of Infrastrata is 2.2M.. I can't see why we would convert our 1.5M to 15% of something they own 65% of. it just doesn't add up.

If we were that desperate to get into the IM project, why not take the £1.5M back (plus 8%) and then buy infrastrata stock. Obviously we wouldn't pick the shares up at the current levels, but even it it went up 3X, we'd still end up with more than 15% of IM project, plus we'd get their other interests..

or am I missing something?

I like The Guardian's optimism as well.

The gas storage facility is be touted as a 270 million project.

I know a big part of the cost is still to come to dissolve the salt rock, but the capacity is proven as is the process to dissolve.

The project is definitely valuable, but how much is 15% worth in its current state?

TG - I like your optimism, we all live in hope of a resurrection and a hopeful profit one day....., might be I have to leave these in my will before that happens (and I hope to live a long time yet!!!!)

Just imagine if INFA received a really good offer for IM allowing us to jump in and take our 15%. Suddenly, BOIL would be well and truly resurrected. Could happen!! Probably won't but it's only hope that keeps me sane.

I think the spread is stupid in case the IM loan is returned at short notice.

Got to laugh; 750k 0.54p buy at the end, minimal sells and down 9.5% with a stupid spread still

Agree, had visions of them selling out to a major possibly BP who were linked to the project previously even before it was proved up by INFA/ BOIL partners recently. £50-60m should do it

Only worth taking the cash out if that situation isn't on the table and they have something else already marked acquisition wise?

If they take the 15% option you would expect it to be worth more. Maybe a lot more.

Infa could be close to a sale of IMSL, so it would make sense to wait.

Why hasn't there been any news about the loan. First repayment date was yesterday.Hard to judge which weather the market will prefer the money or the 15% stake.

That's BOIL for you.... it's all games in a very wide spread, we need to get some positive news that will underpin and push the share price up - farm-out and drill onshore Peru this year may help!!!!! the news on Z34 was good but who is to say it won't be another three years before the next piece of paper is signed, we need to act where we can and ASAP and as others have said it's about time Colvin fished in his wallet and showed some confidence in the company and bought a sack load of shares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
