My one concern with the changes in directors is how much are we going to be paying these guys and are we chopping Colvin's pay packet - hard time s and little cash, we can't afford a bunch of highly paid execs who do F all, don't particularly want to be paying their kids way through private school!

Malcolm has been a non exec with BOIL for about 18 months.

Exactly the right move.

Malcolm is a geologist. He has to assess all BOILs assets before drilling. He is the right man to be executive. Bill said at the AGM that it was the case when he announced it.

16/06/2016 Disappointing BOIL announcement, share price dropped to 0.4p / 0.45p range...

How many shares of a stock were traded back then? How many of those were LARGE transactions(e.g. sells by bid)?

24/06/2016 EU referendum, global markets in turmoil, share price dropped to 0.35p / 0.45p range...

How many shares of a stock traded so far? How many of those are LARGE transactions(e.g. sells by bid)?

Almost 3pm now, advfn reported spread 0.4p / 0.55p - HIGHER than what it was just a week ago on Thursday!!! What story does this tell you? LOL

Only 357,087 traded so far?

I wonder, do "prospective investors" really think it's too much risk buying BOIL at 0.45p, 0.5p & 0.55p ?

LOOOOL

Same as when we got the RNS, marked down with no trades but once we get a few buys, it will recover.

I'm now going to a funeral instead of the AGM. I'm at the time of life when all my old work colleagues have started popping their clogs.
