I think if they had settled with the DOJ, albeit it at a decent amount then we would be flying.

Still come headwinds to take into consideration.

Attributable profit for the first 6 months was 1.11 billion and for the first 9 months 1.524.
Monies paid for litigation was 525 mil and 1.266 billion for the for the first 6 and first 9 months.
so 1.97 billion for full year is very achievable. If the payout for litigation is lower than expected we could have close to 2.5 billion Attributable profit.

ken...many thanks...that 5 year chart gives a good indication why it has struggled around the 240p level...since 2013 it has made lower lows & lower highs...if it fails around this level then a lower lows to 150p is a possibility within the next 12 months...a similar W formation to 2012 - 2013...hope not...

Ken...just in case you are looking in here...any chance if possible you can put up the 2 year long term chart in the header please...I am sure there used to be a chart before in the header but lately it has just disappeared...
