This is a close call.
But from Barclays shareholders point of view the risks are much greater.
c. -50% to +10% and the odds are 50:50 for both

OUT for more freedom for our companies. OUT for more freedom from the 7 new laws every day handed down to our parliament. OUT for freedom from the new taxation legislation for essential foodstuffs so far exempted. OUT to avoid the new EU tax on pension savings plans. OUT to avoid the proposed tax, or levy as they put it, to build the EU armed forces. OUT to avoid being given accountancy laws from a body that has not given full accounts for 21 years. OUT to avoid the Road Fund legislation being bought across the whole of Europe that will see a further 11 Motorways having Tolls by 2018, there now being just one. OUT to be able to take business to China, Russia, Brazil, India, United States without risk of increase to Out of Euro Zone Tariff agreements. It can just go on and on. And if they get the in vote then we will be paying far far more because then these enelected officials who have these draconian laws behind them.

Portside - do I tell my friends here that all English people are the same as the football gangs smashing the place up. All English people are tattooed and overweight.
Of course I don't and it would not be true.

Ken....next time you do have your car washed ask them if they have Public Insurance liability?...are you sure that car wash is paying market rent? or are they there just as care taker of the premises on behalf of the legal owner/landlord.... or the property could have been sub let at a very reasonable rent just to keep it occupied...

Brexit truly worries me for the sake of our children and grandchildren

There has been no concrete discussion from the BREXIT camp on the consequences of leaving.

They CANNOT tell us how long it will take to negotiate trade with all the EU or on what terms.

I cannot see how we survive outside of the EU, we produce little in this country in terms of exports and show little enthusiasm for embracing inovative or game changing products ie: fracking.

Too many NIMBYS or self preserving individuals and groups.

What comes through from all these discussions is an enormous blame culture.

Blame the board of directors,
Blame the government,
Blame the immigrants,
Blame the EU, etc etc.

Not a healthy culture at all.

...always someone else's fault.

Squiresquire - They are paying pretty hefty rent and rates on a commercial estate, and all I know is that they are there because nobody was providing the service.

Ken

Nothing to do with demeaning, how about gangmasters runnning the car washes, wake up buddy half of them are run by bullies who tell local English...no work..no work, then get immigrants so they can pay cash at lowest possible levels. Youre supporting slave work by using them.

Portside - I've had my car cleaned this morning and guess what: I couldn't find a valeting service without using Polish workers. 11 of them there working like stink on a Sunday, with a queue waiting doing what the British would consider too demeaning.
